Simple, Safe and Quick delivery. Came across this company while…

Came across this company while searching for a product online.
Very easy website to find your way round. Particularly loved the fact you were asked preset questions about why you wanted the product, to ensure that no incorrect product was sold,
When you had chosen requirements as you checkout you again get asked if you are ordering correct products. Once you confirm all is correct it’s very easy to pay.
The next day before dispatched we were sent an email to remind us what we were purchasing, and for us to confirm. If you didn’t confirm then order not dispatched.
Great way to ensure nobody purchases wrong treatment items.

The ordering process was very good BUT……..

The ordering process was very good, spoke to a very nice lady (not an automated service).She was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Once order was placed it took far longer to process that I had expected.No information about delivery time.
When DPD had the order they said it would be delivered 2.00 pm to 3.00pm on 14th Feb. Next message said they had been unable to deliver and would now deliver next day , Sunday 15th.
A third message then advised that it would not be delivered until Monday !! I await with interest as I am about to run out of the medical supplies I need despite ordering two weeks previously.
I suggest you engage a different more reliable delivery service.
Past experiences with DPD has been poor. On one occasion a parcel was dumped in a parking lot , another was delivered to wrong address and a third parcel was left at a local post office despite being clearly and correctly addressed.

The parcel was finally delivered on Sunday at 3.54pm but as courier didn’t ring bell or knock on door I didn’t see it until this [monday) morning .
My humble apologies, my comments above relate to an order from Braun for medical nightbags and Urifix tape.
The one and only purchase from you was for Urifix tape.
The order from you was ,as you say ,delivered on time by Royal Mail.I have amended my score to 5.
I am very sorry for my mistake which I can only attribute to a senior moment.

I can only find a Vyne Shop order which was delivered on time by Royal Mail associated with your details. Excellent delivery

Needed the Aquacell ac dressing urgently.
Very pleased as the delivery arrived within a couple of days of ordering and ahead of due date given.
Was also able to buy the product as one sheet instead of a whole pack which suited my needs.
The Aquacell at is amazing and quickly started the clearing & healing process.
