I don't even think it is worth a one star ,still waiting for mop which was ordered months ago , took payment straight out of bank , disappointed taking money and not getting the goods, I have defilently been scammed

WARNING - Thieves. I ordered the universal mop on 26 September. Have not received or heard from them. Unable to contact/locate them. They were very quick in taking my money though. Please beware

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the universal mop on 25/09/21 and still waiting for delivery. When I put the tracking number in it constantly says "In Transit" Just wished I had researched this compny before making a purchase.

I ordered a universal mop on the 12th of sept still waiting for order,not replying to email this is a scam !please dont deal with this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are thieves. Said despatch from UK 2-4 days. Later I queried and they said 5-20 days. This time scale has well expired they took my money and now don't reply to me . They are the scum of the earth

i ordered a new universal mop and head on the 9/9/21got told it would take 10/25 days to come i have emailed the 6 times no one gets back to you they took the money out of my account on 10/9/21 they are very poor would not order any thing of them again so lets see if they refund me now which i have asked for it to go back in my account

I ordered a drinks cooler from them at the end of August - received nothing. Disgusting. No way of contacting them

Ordered ice bucket weeks ago they took money from bank no response to my numerous emails definitely a scam lesson Learned do not buy from these disgusting

Scam site, read all the other reviews left and there all correct. Dont not use this site.. scam scam scam. £49.00 for the cooler... bulshit tracking etc. No reply, just a RIP

Beware this is a scam site - confirmed by my bank ! They took £50 and no cooler delivered. Fake email received with fake tracking links. Thankfully I contacted my bank who have refunded the money. I would have given zero stars if this site allowed it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

I ordered 4 weeks ago and received a confirmation of order within minutes of paying. Since the I have had nothing even after emailing numerous times. I try to track my order and it just says pending. They took my £50 and I will never order from them again . Terrible way to run a business unless it's a scam

No way to get in touch. Telephone no deactivated and no answer to emails received. Lost trust in them. Would recommend not ordering ftom them. (order no #4503)

I also tried 2 purchase the drinks cooler. Made my purchase on 1st August 2021, payment taken & still no sign of the product. Have emailed several times & also called the 'contact' number a few times & have yet 2 receive a response from either. Dont use this company its definitely a scam!

Scam! Do not buy anything from here- I purchased the cooler on 20th August and it hasn’t arrived-they don’t respond to emails and the msg you get from the contact telephone number is the number is no longer in use and has been allocated- on the reviews there is one about using the cooler at Christmas when the website was setup in June or July this year. And lastly I monitored the popup msg that the item has just been bought and found it to be a fraud, it was the same msg over a four days- It’s definitely a SCAM- Don’t Buy
