PLEASE BE WARNED THAT THE FOLLOWING COMPANY, BUSINESSSETUP.COM ARE BIG FRAUDSTERS.
THEY HAVE ROBBED US OF 12,000$ PROMISSING US THAT THEY CAN SETUP OUR COMPANY AND BANK AOCOUNT.
AFTER RESEARCH, WE CAME TO KNOW, THROUGH MY BANKING CORRESPONDENCES THAT THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES ARE THE SAME:
BBCINCORP, 1st Formations, thebusinesssetup.co.uk, offshorecompanycorp.com ARE ALL THE SAME AND MIGHT BE RUN BY A GROUP OF BUSINESS SCAMMERS.
In late January 2022, we contacted BUSINESSSETUP.COM to setup a set of companies with bank account for our present company here in the Netherlands, at first everything was perfect, they would return my calls, reply me my answers on time and all. Well, after we paid the service quotes, they started to tell us that there has been a delay with the formation agent, I even called BBCINCORP (there said formation agent), but there i could listen a person with a funny indian accent who said that there will be delay with our registrations. It is then that i realised we were scammed. Now we are in April, we have sent so many emails and even called, they never replied back!.
BUSINESSSETUP.COM have a well explained website and all but in reality they are scam master who will just vanish with your money. I even contacted the bank where we paid the fee and all, but the bank said that the money cannot be refunded as the owner of the account has declined the refund. So i called the Bank and explained them what happened, they told
us that the bank account is connected to other the 3 companies BBCINCORP, 1st Formations and offshorecompanycorp.com
TODAY WE EVEN SAW BUSINESSSETUP.COM NOW THEY ARE EVEN RUNNING GOOGLE ADS. THIS MEANS THEY ARE RUNNING EVEN BIGGER SCAM SCHEMES. PLEASE BEWARE!.
