I’m disappointed and honestly pretty frustrated with my experience ordering from Vanguard Fitness. I placed my order on March 19th, and since then, I’ve received little to no clarity on when—or if—my package will actually arrive.
What makes this situation worse is the lack of communication. As a customer, I understand delays can happen, but being left in the dark for this long is unacceptable. There hasn’t been any meaningful update or reassurance, which only adds to the concern that something may have gone wrong with my order.
At this point, I feel completely let down. I was genuinely looking forward to receiving my items, but the extended delay and poor communication have made this a stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly urge Vanguard Fitness to improve their shipping transparency and customer support, because no customer should have to wait this long without answers.
I’m hoping for a resolution soon, but as it stands, I cannot recommend ordering from them based on this experience.

The hoodies are great. My only complain is that they release a lot of fluff from inside. Everytime I was them, the inside of the machine is full of fluff, the floor is full of fluff especially the area were I hang dry them, when I wear them my arms are full of fluff. I thought after I wash them a few times it stops but so far it's still happening. Other than that all good.

I mean 100 percent on customer services. And a big shout to Charlotte at vanquish for resolving a popular boxy T-shirt. I could have gotten it somewere else. They even offered a refund. I didn’t want the refund because I know they have quality products and worth every penny. My apologies if it seems exaggerated. But overall 10/10 quality. That’s my personal opinion anyway.

I seem to be one of the unfortunate ones who see the lower end of vanquish but bear with me.
Have placed multiple orders over the last month or 2 and only 1 has ever been dispatched on time. I have always had to chase the company to find out when items are being sent and then suddenly they find themselves in the post later that day. Same with refunds/exchanges. I never hear anything unless I contact them asking for an update and then the refund or exchange is suddenly processed within the hour. Feels like a bit of a strange process if you ask me but going by all the other reviews I seem to be the only one having these problems.
Stocking seems to be a big issue, as soon as I find something I like the rest of the range sells out and it’s weeks and weeks before more stock comes in. You want a different colour in the range but limited by the fact everything always out of stock.
Sizing is my biggest gripe. Every one of there ranges are sized differently so I may be an XL in the academy but 2XL in the essential. I have even tried 3XL in one range but the fit was just a bit off so gave up on that one. I feel like every time I order something ive got to order it in multiple sizes to find the right fit and then have to pay to return the rest. For reference I am only looking at the slim fit ranges so am aware of regular, oversized etc. there just isn’t any consistency.
Having said all that, when I actually get a product that works for me, the quality, fit and durability is always spot on. I really like the style and feel of vanquish but I just wish they’d address the stuff mentioned above.
I’d love to spend more money with them but guess what, everything I want is out of stock :-)

The stuff is always good quality. Never had a bad product. Delivery times are good they’re never more than a day after the delivery date says they’re usually on time or early.
