Technical account issue solved near instantaneously from half way across the globe. Product quality only matched by their level of customer service. Will never stop shopping here!
I had a technical issue with my account's rewards and the problem was solved near instantaneously by a collaboration between their AI auto responder and a Chelsea, a human agent. This is the only brand that I've seen use an AI responder that relayed my information correctly and to the relevant team member. The team member then resolved my issue within 30 minutes. It's also noteworthy that our time zones are 8 hours apart!! The quality of the goods is top tier, especially for the price, but anyone who shops here already knows this. Chelsea and the VQfit team - thank you from San Diego USA.

amazing customer service
Chelsea provided a quick, efficient and excellent service. Despite Inshop completely mishandling the delivery Chelsea & VQ provided a quick resolution.
I would recommend any buyer to not use the deliver to collection service through InShop.avoid at all costs and deliver direct to your address.

I had an issue with an order that was never delivered. Chelsea from customer support was very helpful and arranged a replacement shipment for me quickly after I provided the updated delivery details. Communication was friendly, clear and efficient. Very happy with how the issue was handled by Chelsea.

My order was overdue it dispatch. I emailed them, had a response within minutes and my order was dispatched within the hour
It then arrived the next day. Fantastic company, staff and the quality of clothing is brilliant.

Awful company
Awful company , ordered 2 t shirts last month and had to wait nearly 2 weeks for them to post the items , I paid £5.95 for next day delivery but according to them they have a week to pick the item and then they ll send it in their own time frame.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and for this order so placed another , again paid for next day delivery, now on day 5 of the order ‘processing’ and 1/2 items has just been refunded with no explanation,
Just use gym shark for your clothes and have no issues.
