I recommend this VPN. Not only does it work great, but also the support is outstanding. I bought my lifetime license in 2021, hadn't used it in a very long time and lost access to the email I purchased it from. They were helpful and in a few hours I restored access to it with my new email. Thankfully I was still able to login with the old details even though I had no access to the email account, and was able to download the invoice paid in 2021, that was enough for them to change the email to my current one. Thank you!

I've been using VPN Unlimited for more years than I can remember, and have never need any support.
However twice recently I've needed to contact their support to change my details with them, and they were so helpful.

Greg replied and helped me fix the problem, transferring my old profile to new email after providing proof of account ownership. KeepSolid's online service deserves a 5-star rating…
I purchased a lifetime subscription for KeepSolid VPN Unlimited 7 years ago and had haven't used the service until recently. However I just forgot everything from registration on and contacted its customer service about seven days ago. To my surprise I got a response by email quickly from Mr. Maria Polis. She helped me with a great patient and almost instant response to retrieved my account. I haven't quite met such a great online service - quick, responsive and right-to-the-point, and am grateful for her help.

Poor customer service. Tried to call for days and unable to reach a human. Emails to the company take a long time for a response. Asked for a refund.
