Scam! Avoid or you will be fooled! Ordered several weeks ago but still no delivery. Doesn’t reply to emails.

SCAM! Ordered several weeks ago, never got anything. Doesn't respond to emails.

Voxbuds is a scam. Ordered 7 weeks ago, received nothing. Email to them is undeliverable. AVOID!

Scam. Order in via Facebook ad. Email about delays. I tried to get a refund. So far no buds and no refund.

Seems like everybody got onto them by a facebook ad but you pay and get nothing delivered, i ordered on June 25th, but nothing got here till today. Contact e-mail is not working either just get a no delivery response.
Avoid

Scammed. They answered me back a couple of times saying about a delay, but then nothing. Now I see their website doesn't work. A shame as I would like some less expensive earbuds. I see there are others on the market but now don't want to but any due to these criminals.

scammers - dont buy, they dont turn up, they never reply. avoid at all costs.

luckily i paid with mastercard so got my money back but this lot need arresting for fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed with others this is a scam. Ordered and paid in Jun 2019 but till today have still not arrived. Sent them an email and received a reply from customer service that there was a delay. However, since then no response whatsoever even though I’ve followed up with further emails.

Like everyone else I’m probably more disappointed in myself at the way I purchased through FB is a Scam. Ordered in June 2019, emailed in July, I did have a reply saying they were late but now in August they haven’t arrived and there is now no replies from the Facebook advert for Vox Buds.

Avoid this company!!! This is most probably a scam.

I have ordered the Voxbuds on the 14th of June 2019 and then immediately cancelled the order as I realized that I didn't need them. On the 17th of June I received an email that my Voxbuds have shipped. I am writing this on the 9th of August and they still haven't arrived. Neither have I received a refund or received a response to my cancellation email.

All in all I ended up with no money and no earbuds so I've been scammed for sure. Reading other reviews I haven't missed much by not receiving them anyway.

Clearly a scam. 2 months. No product. No customer services responses. Website help pages cloned from another site. Product changed names from another scam.

If you insist on paying even after reading all these reviews, use a credit card.

tried to return the product stating the earbud is larger in size and is painful to use and want to return. Well to my surprise, the address on their website in corona, california and the package was returned indicating invalid address. i tried to contact them but no secondary response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM or you will end up like me.

Scam. Clearly. Should be removed from Facebook. They change their company name. Burned in similar fashion as other postings. Ordered in May. Numerous attempts to chat. Always told reshipment was on the way.

Scam scam scam! I’ve been waiting 2 months since the order. Received one mildly threatening email from customer agent “Olivia” regarding my order. I no longer believe this company to be legitimate

Ordered in June and have emailed numerous times - never had a response at all - absolutely fuming, as ordered from advert on Facebook, assumed would be genuine😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered on 24th online after seeing ad on FB . Emailed after three weeks but no reply. and the company changed name after a few weeks.

Bad product and they said i would have a new pair. Nothing received and no response on my mail and Messenger questions.
DON’T BUY HERE

No stars from me, still haven`t recieved any buds after 6 weeks of waiting, you don`t get any answars from the mails you send them.
It`s fake, don`t buy anything from them.
