I am furious. I ordered them way back in October, I got one email back, I have sent four. what a waist of money. I was hoping to save money since I don't have headphones at all and they looked like a good option. I was so wrong. its a total scam. I bought them with a two year warranty and case and the two year warranty came through email, but nothing else ever arrived

I ordered mine the first time I saw it on Facebook. I made a complaint after 2 months but their answer is an offer to buy more. This is definitely a scam.

Ordered mine back in October 2019 and never got mine. Total scammers.

Scammers, they even sent me a laughing emoji when I contacted them. Do not buy!! You will not receive anything.

I never received my order either. It's been over three months and nothing.

Just as other people have reported, This is a scam and I believe they keep changing their name. I ordered under Voxpods. Same issues. I have reported them to the FTC. More people should file complaints.

Voxbuds earphones - I didn’t receive the order, the email doesn’t exists anymore. Scam. Anyone with any solution? I bought in June 2019 until now nothing.

Never received these. Never received a confirmation email or tracking number either. Still no response from messaging them.

If I could only make a review with no star. I never received my ordered and fully paid earbuds. It’s a scam. I hope the Better Business Bureau can get a hold of these scammers.

Dont even waste your time thinking about buying these earbuds. I paid in good faith and have received nothing. Four months down the track and numerous emails - still NOTHING!!!!! An initial response saying they were on their way but now a further four emails down the track - no response!
DON'T BUY VOXBUDS!!!!!

Like many others I ordered in June and never received the VOX buds. A scam. They are still advertising.

Ordered mine in June, told they were shipped the next day, it's now 2 October and still waiting.

Like others I ordered one pair paid $29.95 received nothing claimed this to bank to get my money back but I doubt they can do
Something I wish they be prisoned for their crime.

Would give a score of 0 stars, if I could, as I ordered and paid for a pair of voxbuds, back in June and despite several attempts to contact them, I have received nothing and heard nothing from them! Avoid!! (I believe they’ve now changed the company name.) Buyer beware!

Pay money already but never ship goods. I am being cheated by VOX scam or con

Ordered two pairs and never received my order. Do not order from this company! Numerous attempts to get the product have failed. There is no response from the company.

This was a successful scam strategy to gain our hard earned money master planned by this evil genius whoever that is. Same as other reviewers here got deceived on ordering last June 2019 but product never came.

Very bad site . Ordered since June and still no delivery till now and no reply to my emails.
AVOID IT for your own sake.

I ordered these on 26th June 2019 after a moth of excuses and no reply’s I started an email trail but got nowhere. Landed up contacting Shopify who were as bad.
Thought not letting these scam merchants get off with this so contacted the police and my bank who were really good told them about my concerns and my money was refunded by the bank whilst I was on the phone they are going to chase up voxbuds bank to reclaim the money so contact your bank.
The police were up took a statement and copies of all communication with them.
