Absolutely worst experience ever and a SCAM of a company. I ordered a bag, it never showed up. I've been speaking with their support for over a month trying to get it sorted. They keep repeating themselves, telling no need to worry they are here to help. It's very clear they are NOT and are just taking peoples money, without ever giving them a product and stringing them along.

The tracking shows the bag was returned to the merchant on Jan 30. Since then, they continue to say once the bag returns back to us we can reship it. It's been with you for months.

Then, I try to warn people on their Instagram, reporting them and leaving comments on their posts and they continue to delete each of them so they can scam more people.

They also copy and paste their responses from ChatGPT, as I received multiple emails back from them that start with something like ""of course 🤍 here’s a clean, warm version you can send:""

The bag is horrible. It's not gold color hardware but brazzy bronze color.
It looks cheap and you can not return it as it is sent from China. This is a drop shipping SCAM company.

The bag delivery took a while. It got cancelled once and then redelivered. When it came, I was pleasantly surprised at the make and colour of the bag which were both great! The slouchiness of the bag was perfect. Overall a great bag for the price point! Happy with my purchase!

This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. The material is extremely cheap and the quality is absolutely awful – nothing like what is shown online. It feels like low-grade fast fashion straight out of a discount factory.

The return process is a complete scam and not at all as described on their website. They provide a return address online that is incorrect, and only AFTER you have already sent the package do they inform you by email that it was the “wrong warehouse.” Even if you return the item to the address THEY provided, they will only refund 50%, blaming the customer for their own mistake.

To make things worse: the products are shipped directly from China to the end customer, not from a warehouse in the Netherlands as they want you to believe. This is extremely misleading and dishonest.

Customer service is rude, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in fair solutions. They take zero responsibility and push the consequences onto the customer.

Women, do yourself a favor and do NOT order from this shop.
Cheap quality, misleading information, unfair refund practices, and absolutely no customer friendliness. Finger off – total waste of money.

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a bag on 22/12 and as of today, 21/01, I still haven’t received it, despite the website stating a delivery time of 1/7 business days. These timelines have been completely disregarded.

A first shipment was sent back because the package allegedly exceeded the size limits during transit. Frankly, this explanation is absurd, considering this is a company that presumably ships dozens of bags every day. After a reassuring message promising a quick reshipment, a month has passed without me ever receiving the product, which was certainly not inexpensive too.

As of today, the tracking shows the parcel at the ‘last mile,’ stuck at a depot in Milan, yet it has not been delivered for the past two days. Even if it were to arrive tomorrow, the delivery time would still be unacceptable and entirely disproportionate to what was promised.

Inefficient logistics, unconvincing communication, and zero customer care. Simply an unacceptable level of service.

The bag does not look like the pictures at all and feels very cheap. When I asked to return it, I was told I would have to pay high international return fees because the company is based outside the EU. They claim to take great pride in how they manufacture their bags, but this one clearly looks mass-produced and likely comes from China. I genuinely feel misled and regret trusting what turned out to be a scam-like brand.

I definitely wanted this bag, it’s exactly the same like the ones they advertise, so no scam or whatever. They pack everything nicely, like the dust bag, hang tags, thank you cards, even the wallet had a vovia dutbag, the bag has also the vovia logo inside the bag, so this company is fully legit. And they are a brand, but people don’t understand that this company is shipping to the whole world… I mean that brings a lot of logistic challenges and this can cause issues.

I ordered a bag in December and received it in 2 weeks. The design was exactly wh at I was looking for and looked just like the photos. Like many new bags, it had a noticeable factory smell when it arrived, but after airing it out for a couple of days it completely disappeared. Also they add in this nice vovia fragrance cards which gives a great smell as well

When I contacted customer service with questions, they were transparent and very helpful. I’m happy with the style and the support I received.

Buyer beware: The quality of this bag is not the quality of a $100 bag. It is cheaply made. It opens up all the time while wearing it and when I emailed him they said they can just give me 20% back and I can keep the bag because I was out of my refund window even though I reached out to them 11 days after receiving it and having finally worn the bag. Not worth more than $20.

I ordered the Ciara Vintage bag after seeing it online and wanted to share my honest experience. The bag is made from vegan leather, which was clearly stated, and it is shipped internationally. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but it arrived well packaged.

The website was easy to navigate and checkout was quick. Delivery went smoothly in around 7 days and the bag arrived in perfect condition. Nice mailer and dustbag around it, it gives a premium feeling. The bag did had a strange smell but because of the fragrance card it faded away + some airing of the bag. You can tell attention is paid to quality. No complaints here, just a good shopping experience.

I bought my Vovia bag after seeing an online ad and was a bit hesitant at first. The ordering process was smooth and I received tracking updates along the way and support was helpful . The delivery was on time (think in 8 days) and the packaging was neat. The bag itself feels sturdy and thoughtfully designed. Overall a very positive experience.

Easy purchase, clear communication, and fast delivery. The bag feels premium and well made. Would definitely order again.

Ordered a Clara Vintage. Vegan leather (plastic), came from China not EU as marketed on website. The bags quality was questionable, but I gave it a go and used it perhaps 5 times before it broke. It won’t carry much and falls open as the clasp is not strong enough. The final straw was when the interior zipper broke meaning it was useless. You can’t return after 30 days and they won’t arrange a repair. So money down the drain. Customer service responses to a manufacturer fault were to offer 20% refund.
It’s a great business model, market as a quality ethical brand, dropship cheap from China, no refunds when faulty,no way to repair or return, only offer 20% partial refund. Customer exits frustrated, out of pocket. Company wins. Do not buy from this company, it’s cheap shite that will break and you have no way of returning or getting refund.

normally don’t buy bags through ads, but this one caught my attention. The website felt clear and trustworthy, so I ordered. Shipping updates were clear and the bag arrived well packaged. The vegan leather feels nice and the bag looks even better in real life. Very happy with the purchas of this Ciara Vintage bag

Please don't buy nothing from this website!!I bought a bag on the 24th Novembro and I received it yesterday (11/12)!I spent 68 pounds for a bag that looks cheap(supposted to be leather) and smells like fish!!When I sent an email to request my refund they said that the refund is not for free and could cost me 50 dollars or more because I had to send the bag to China when I received it from Netherlands!!!!!They suggested that I should keep the bag( that i don't want) and they could give me 20% of the amount that I paid that would be 13 pounds!!!!!!I was really surprised and totally disappointed with this email because this is the first time I heard something like this!!!I have the right for my refund as it is stated on the refund Policy!!!I spoke to my bank and they will give me the amount that I paid!This is so ridiculous please don't buy anything from this shop!!

Worst purchase ever. The bag I received looked nothing like the photos completely different and very poor quality. Shipping took over 4 months, and the bag arrived wrinkled, damaged, and badly packaged. When I complained, customer service basically said “this is what it is.”

I ordered on October 23 and never received my order.
The parcel was not delivered, the company gives no real updates, and keeps delaying for weeks.
They even delete customer comments on Instagram.
No delivery, no refund — very unreliable.
