There was a problem with my first order…

There was a problem with my first order going through so I repeated it only to discover that the first order had gone through. I rang and spoke to Kaye Tinsley who was incredibly helpful sorted the problem immediately. When I had a further query she responded immediately. Kaye gave excellent customer service

Excellent customer services :)

John Lewis are always excellent and in this instance their customer services via Voucher Express was very efficient - I had an issue that was resolved literally within a few minutes. Kaye Tinsley helped sort out for me. Highly recommended!

I entered the wrong email address when…

I entered the wrong email address when ordering a halford gift voucher for my son! I emailed to see if it could be amended, thinking that it probably couldn’t. Kaye Tinsley emailed straight back, had found my order and redirected it to the correct email! I was so grateful! Such a quick response to a mistake entirely of my own doing! 😣😂 brilliant service

Good Service

I realised I had provided the wrong email address for an egift card. I contacted Customer Services not sure what thry could do. I hsd a speedy response from Abbie O'Brien who had solved the problem. Really good customer service.

I emailed the Voucher Express team about a lost John Lewis e-gift card at 13:06 and received the reply at 13:13 from Emma B, she had located the gift card order and had re-issued the link to the voucher. If that is not first class Customer Service I don't know what it could be. I can see why John Lewis us the company. Many thanks again Emma B. Tracey
