There was a problem with my first order going through so I repeated it only to discover that the first order had gone through. I rang and spoke to Kaye Tinsley who was incredibly helpful sorted the problem immediately. When I had a further query she responded immediately. Kaye gave excellent customer service

I entered the wrong email address when ordering a halford gift voucher for my son! I emailed to see if it could be amended, thinking that it probably couldn’t. I emailed the Voucher Express team about a lost John Lewis e-gift card at 13:06 and received the reply at 13:13 from Emma B, she had located the gift card order and had re-issued the link to the voucher.
