First time I'd used Vouchercloud and I made a mistake! I contacted customer support as I had not received my gift card having made the necessary purchase. After a series of emails with Kavitha.O, I was offered a satisfactory solution.

Vouchercloud resolved the issue of my reward on my holiday purchase within a few hours after providing the requested information excellent service

I love using Vouchercloud. I know I can trust using this site, and the offers they provide. However big or small. It all helps me save on my purchases throughout the year.

The problem had was quickly resolved with the same member of the team dealing with me by email. She was very polite, respectful and acknowledged the issue i had, dealing with it effectively.

Yet another reward purchase failing to track despite getting the activation email. I'm not sure why I bothered trying again....will stick to VoucherCodes or TopCashBack from now on.

Great Experience and tracked so quick .

My recent purchases tracked, l received the confirmation emails. My account showed the purchase was waiting to be verified etc. the rewards had then disappeared. l contacted them and they said they cant do anything as the rewards didn’t track on my account! I now use Vouchercodes,co,uk which always works.

Helpful site for finding vouchers to use in the Xmas sales. If you're going to buy it then it's certainly worth a quick check before you complete your purchases.

Website search was fast.

Shame I can’t give a 0 bought a tiger shed with a offer of £50 Amazon voucher but would have to wait up to 90 days I waited and even contacted them they was polite and said please just wait but all good. Got to 90 days and they have now said sorry you won’t get it as I used another discount code when I bought the shed which it never said at the time of order or when I asked if any news on the voucher. Please be aware they like to run offers but don’t like to pay out.

Tried for a £5 voucher using just eat, didn't get tracked.

Followed all criteria to the letter. No add blockers, accepted cookies, didn't click any other websites..So can only give my experience. Don't waste you time. A con!

I’ve used Vouchercloud for many years and generally had no issues, but my recent experience has been disappointing.

Rewards that appeared to qualify based on the advertised spend were initially rejected by the retailer. After providing all requested documentation—a process that took considerable time—the claims were ultimately denied with reference to the small print.

Support representatives were polite and seemed genuine, but the process was frustrating and the outcome disappointing. During our correspondence, another reward that had been pending was also rejected, resulting in three consecutive rewards being denied after many years of smooth use.

This change in how rewards are handled has reduced my confidence in the platform. Based on this experience, I may need to consider alternative options in the future.
