It's further review in relation to Termination Experts to share that despite previous emails I've sent to them they continue harass me with letters to enforce the payment. These bunch of Scammers have been now reported to Action Fraud, European Customer Services and Police for scam and using extremely hard techniques to rob people of money. I would leave zero star if I could! Please do NOT pay them as there's no service provided. You are being redirected to their page without even knowing. The service they state they are providing is being manipulated on you and whilst you got trapped they start sending emails and letters to expect you to pay. They also use threat methods to enforce payment! Termination Experts website should be put down and these people locked up for crime!

Termination experts scam!
Hello,
I was in the process of trying to cancel my subscription with WWF and was tricked into subscribing to
Termination Experts , I was under the impression I was contacting WWF directly to cancel but this company is now asking me to pay £38 for sending a letter of cancellation! This make no sense! Why would I spend £38 to cancel a £5 subscription.
I have seen on social media that this company is targeting people that are trying to cancel subscriptions.
They are now charging me an extra £10 for late fees!
My bank won’t help!
I am now trying to get citizen advice bureau to help but they are so busy!
Who can help? Thanks
Alex

I am very tired of this place, I have cancelled my DB subscription my self and got confirmation in the same minutes after two weeks they send Me a mail asking they will cancel my membership and so on which I already did it my self. And they have been sending me letters and emails to pay money and increasing each time. Which definitely I am not going to pay and will be happy to go to court if needed. That Is why all should be very careful from these scammers

Appalling scammers who bully people
After numerous contacts with them, where they state I agreed to pay money (I did not) they have still not accepted that l did not tick a box agreeing to pay them. I have seen numerous people saying that "as a gesture of good will" Termination "Experts" are cancelling the supposed money owed to them, this is because these people have repeatedly exposed their bullying scam tactics and Termination Experts don't want the bad publicity. Don't go anywhere near them. They have caused me, as an older person, a lot of stress and unnecessary worry at a time when I am dealing with bereavement and my own health issues. They need to leave me, and everyone else alone.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company are harassing my partner for apparently cancelling his pure gym membership by creating, printing and sending a cancellation letter (spoiler, puregym have said they haven’t received such a letter). My partner cancelled it himself via his bank! Apparently he owes them €72 and the emails are becoming more demanding and threatening legal action. Reported to the police and action fraud.

I was too tricked in to the process as well I can’t even remember asking for a cancellation letter as I have I cancelled it my self with the company involved and now termination expert are sending me emails and letters saying I owe them £32 with a £6.50 collection cost making it £38.50 not sure where they get this from but I have now sent an email to them stating that I have cancelled with the firm involved myself without any cost so I’ll see what they come back with, but don’t have any dealings with this company at all after having a reply from this so called company asking me what they can do to resolve this I have replied saying that they could cancel the amount they say I owe out of courteousbut guess what they are still saying I owe this money so be really careful if you have any dealings with this company even if you do this by accident they will hound you for money for a service that you don’t need

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, it’s a scam! I was trying to let a charity know I had to stop my direct debit for a while. I had canceled the outgoing with my bank but wanted to let them know out of courtesy. Couldn’t easily see how to do this on their website so googled it. Was taken to a link which I thought was a sister company of the charity, that they use for these contact purposes. I soon started to get letters, emails and texts demanding money and threatening me. I had not agreed to pay any money. I have since found out they are a scam and others have had the same experience.
It looks to me that the positive reviews are created by bots with false email addresses as the company sets up random email addresses to send emails from different accounts. Do not use! Reported to Action Fraud, hopefully they get closed down soon

Very unhappy non-customer
This is a completely untrustworthy organisation that send bills and threaten legal action when they have done nothing for you and when not requested to do anything. Avoid at all costs.
In response, I few that this company obtains personal information and custom by what feels like very deceptive means. At no point was I under the impression that they were going to steal personal details and charge me for something I didn’t think I had ever signed up for.

Scammers - Don't pay!!
These scammers are hounding my teenage daughter for payments for a service she hasn't used. the police are aware and they inform me that the scam has been around for a few months now. They have no phone number on their correspondence and they are not registered at their stated Dutch address. Stay well clear and don't pay.
