Terrible service, scamming me of my money.

Zero transparency. Scamming people, charging with crazy costs for canceling a subscription that in my case was already cancelled for free without the need of a third party.
On fb there is a big group of people in the same situation!

i got letter from this company that i have to pay €72, for opzegbrief amazon prime ... come on dude ..

Literally have not carried out the service that they have said they would complete. They have then tried to charge me another €20 due to not receiving my payment as I was still being charged by the company that they were supposed to be terminating my subscription with. Useless company

I had never heard about this company before and I definitely did not need their services. Yet, I was still sent an invoice demanding payment for something I never asked for. This feels very unprofessional and misleading.

When I contacted their customer service, it was just a complete waste of time — they were unhelpful and did not solve anything. Very unprofessional and misleading experience.

The fee structure is not clear at the start of the process. As the process is all via email at least initially, ensure emails are received and don’t get into junk mail, otherwise you will incur late fees.
My advice would be that you could probably write the letter yourself.

Despite loads of emails with wrong addresses on and different names I am still being threatetened with debt collectors for something I never signed up for. This is defo a scam. They sent me a form allegedly to dispute but I didn’t want to risk signing up for something. This company is a total scam. They keep claiming that they sent two cancellation letters to vriendenloterij from my side. Vriendenloterij claims they didn't receive any letter, I ended up canceling the subscription myself over the phone. They have this cancellation option on their website and I did everything by myself. But these scammers keep sending me emails and letters that I have to pay them €72. i'm not going to pay anything to these idiots.

Scammers do not use they send out then letters that are fake do not pay them they are scammers and I have reported them

You are still sending me letters by post after I blocked your threatening emails, now claiming I owe even more money. I want to make it clear that I have never engaged your services. If you do not stop sending me letters, I will have no choice but to contact a lawyer or report this matter to the police.

Second letter revived for payment. Not paying you a penny. Stop scamming people.

I have sent these to HMRC, and spoke to fraud helplines.

Will just keep ignoring you.

So after my last review these scammers have emailed me again trying to extract 52 euros out of me but I will not deal with low life scammers they should be ashamed frightening old people like myself and they should be closed down scammers

Edited 10/9 to update the situation l Elena from termination experts has reached out to me several times despite numerous and countless requests to cease contact, they have refused to remove my personal data and are now threatening debt collectors! I'll say it here since they are not taking on board what I say to them, stop contacting me remove my data and lastly you are not getting one penny for something I didn't request

I have no intention of paying any money to this firm .they threaten you with leagal action.so I challenge them to take me to court, or cease sending me threatening letters

My friend accidentally went on their website to help me cancel the winsim subscription and put my details in. Now they are harassing me with emails and letters. The one thing which is strange is that when I contacted them they don't have any official address in Germany and a customer service. They just mentioned that they only have email to communicate , no representative no contact details. The funny part is that the cancellation letter they showed me claiming they sent it was in English and the company with whom I want to cancel the subscription deals everything in German.

I am writing to file a serious complaint against Termination Experts for engaging in deceptive business practices and relentless harassment.

My unfortunate interaction with this company began when I mistakenly believed their website was the official cancellation portal for Total AV, a legitimate antivirus service I wished to terminate. Upon this misunderstanding, I logged into their site and requested to cancel my Total AV account. They processed this cancellation.

However, one week later, I received an invoice from Termination Experts for £32. Confused but wishing to resolve the matter, I paid the invoice when a payment reminder arrived a week after that.

To my astonishment, I then received a second bill for the same amount. The justification was that they had allegedly processed a second termination request for the same account on the very same day as the first. This claim is illogical and demonstrably false, as one cannot cancel a single account twice on the same day.

I wrote to the company to explain this obvious error and dispute the fraudulent charge. Despite my clear communication, they have completely ignored my reasoning and have chosen to engage in a campaign of harassment, bombarding me with repeated emails and physical letters demanding payment.

It is my firm belief that this company operates a scam designed to exploit consumers. Their practices are predatory, and they continue to cause significant stress. I would strongly advise all consumers to avoid them entirely.

This is a fraud company sending me letters about payment which one I don’t know even I don’t know where they sent letter for cancellation.
I send them many emails that I didn’t send them any request and when first time I received email from them after that probiller trying to take money from my account.
