Lauren (the project manager) talked me through the entire process and communicated exactly what the client wanted for their project and set me realistic deadlines to send my work too. The client was extremely happy and only had one quick fix for me to correct and I was able to fit this project around my other work commitments, as I could record from home. I was amazed at how effecient, professional and friendly everyone at Voquent are and such a quick turn around for payment too! Cannot recommend enough. :)

Wonderful experience having the team at Voquent produce my voiceover demos. Super professional, thoughtful, communicative. I have recently joined Voquent as a Voice Artist, and since joining I have consistently experienced exceptional client service. Specifically, they offer a Zoom consulation session to help you purchase and set up your home recording equipment. Their highly experienced knowledge for your bespoke budget, advice and very simple explanation, has been invaluable to me. They even spent additional time after the consultation to source, and effectively cost the equipment that I had decided to purchase. You don't need to be a trained sound engineer to record at home - you just need Voquent to simply help guide you through the process.

Superb communication - always friendly, professional and concise. It's so refreshing to see a company that treats everyone with respect. They do what they say, when they say they will do it. I can't recommend highly enough.
