I have generally enjoyed staying with Vonder during my visits to munich and appreciate the quality of service and accommodation provided.
However, I was disappointed with how the extension and checkout process was handled during my recent stay. Despite informing in advance about my checkout date, there was a lack of clear communication regarding rent charges, and flexibility that was offered to others was not extended in my case.
I hope Vonder can improve transparency and flexibility in the future to maintain the high standards I have previously experienced.

The team is very responsive to emails and stuff at the reception is really kind and helpful.
Also even though Vonder’s location is just by the tram station, the sound insulation is good and voice does not disturb you.
The downside is, sink in the kitchenette is too small to wash pans etc.

There should be some recreational activities as community. 1 or 2 games tables are there but one of them are not in working condition. Secondly there should be cleaning service included for longer contract residents at least once in a month.

Still waiting on our deposit being returned to us even though new tenants have now moved in.
Have emailed 3 times have been ignored each and everytime.
Would not recommend this place at all.

In reply to your comment of rent agreed on the 1st of the month, that is indeed correct however we had an agreement from the start and was never an issue until Mr White took over, from here he caused all sorts of issues, but regardless of this we are not in rent arrears, in effect we paid in advance but the Vonder lot can’t seem to understand this.
UPDATE:
Got confirmation that we won't get our deposit back due to rent arrears........absolute BULL! From the day we moved in to the day we left we paid our rent ON TIME on the 17th of each month which was agreeded upon moving in. We are the ones owed money not Vonder.
I have read so many reviews with people saying the same thing over and over, their deposit was being with held.
Honestly this company are a joke, we had lived here for 2.5 years with a window we could not open, a dishwasher that broke every other day, parcels being stolen from the hallway due to the door being broke (constantly).
Police letters being left by the post boxes warnng people of drug use in the complex (the smell of weed in the hall was unbareable). On one occassion around 50 teenagers had a party with the heluim gas, police came and arrested a number of people.
In total the police where in New Horizons about 20 times in the duration we lived there.
Management are the hardest people in world to get hold of, either ignore your mails or lock off your calls.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I recently moved into a Vonder flat at Angerburger Allee, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the bright, spacious layout and modern finishes. The natural light floods in through large windows, making the space feel warm and inviting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek appliances and plenty of storage, making cooking a joy. The bedroom is cozy yet roomy, with a great closet space—something I really appreciate. The bathroom is clean and stylish, with excellent water pressure (a big plus!).
Location-wise, it’s perfect—close to shops, cafes, and public transport, making commuting and running errands a breeze. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and has a friendly atmosphere. The landlord/property manager has been responsive and helpful, which makes everything even better.
Overall, I’m thrilled to call this place home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located flat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This building might have had its ups and downs. But at the moment the amenities for residents have significantly improved.
We decided to renew our tenancy here with the help of Guy - who made himself available to answer all our questions and was super honest with us all the way!

Avoid this 'agents' at all costs! 18 months after my tenancy ended, they suddenly emailed demanding over £1,200 in “unpaid rent.” When questioned, it turned out this wasn’t even rent but alleged damages—none of which were ever mentioned at the time of moving out. No check-out report, no inventory report, just an out-of-the-blue demand and threats of court action. We also received our security deposit back in full.
I’m more than happy to attend court just to expose their incompetence and time-wasting tactics in person. This is either sheer negligence or a blatant attempt at intimidation. Either way, stay clear if you value transparency and professionalism!
