Clearly designed by someone from the industry

Voltex products are clearly designed by someone who has worked in the industry. With a lot of thought going into it and small details that make the products feel more professional and well made. Their app is easy to use and delivery's are quick and free most of the time.

The one issue I have is they have a limited range, there are still plenty of products I need to go to TLE for because voltex doesn't source them.

customer service is great,

customer service is great,
but the reason for the high review is how they help and deal with faulty products.
other suppliers ignore the labor cost of faulty material.

Very good quality products

Very good quality products . I needed some down lights and a dimmers to finish a job off at home before going to market and came with in 24hrs of ordering. Could be happier with everything

I moved to Voltex as my "go to" supplier!

Voltex provide high quality products at a competitive market price.
There on line market place allows me to order product any time of the day or night and I can usually receive free next day delivery and if i need it in a hurry I can pay very little to have hit delivered sooner.
When I need to speak with a staff member they have been friendly, helpful and product knowledgeable.
I stopped using HPM and Clipsal and I moved to Voltex as my go to supplier.

Voltex deliveries

Service and quality has always been good. 50% of the time the delivery guys are not reading their delivery instructions and the gear is left on the front patio or worse, out in the rain at the front gate.
Yes we have dogs, but they will lick you to death. If you are scared of all dogs, you can't be a delivery driver. Also, I'm hoping that at some stage, Voltex will have a warehouse in Queensland. I have emergency jobs quite often. Voltex misses out on supplying for this work.
