Battery ordered - installation scheduled three times >5 months later and no one ever turns up

We ordered a VoltX Energy solar battery in early September 2025. At the time, we were promised installation in early December 2025. This got pushed back to January 2026 and then to February 2026. In February 2026, we were given, one after the other, three different install dates and times. Every time, simply no one ever turned up at the agreed dates and times. When you follow up (which is hard, because they don't usually just respond on the phone even if you wait for a long time), you get an excuse ("emergency"). Meanwhile, the significant Australian subsidies for solar batteries are running out.
This company is either incompetent or a scam; eitehr way, it should not have a business licence.
