Don't buy. Voltes sells non-CE-certified Chinese-made fakes as original brands that wouldn't work from the moment of purchase or would break in the first week. But later, when you try to resolve a problem, return, exchange or repair, they will make you pay for transportation or even refuse to accept it at all while sending nasty emails and laughing at you. Scammers who sell fakes.

Very good offer and quick delivery. It's a present for my sons Communion, so we didn't open yet, but I'm sure he'll be over the moon with the hoverboard and hoovercart! Highly recommend. Thank you.

The worst website I’ve ever dealt with in all my life, very unprofessional and disorganised! Very poor customer service! I highly wouldn’t recommend them for electric scooters that’s for sure after my experience….,

The purchase service by Martin was very fast and accurate. The shipping was alright. I have been using the bike for a month and it works very well. So far so good.

Great product, swift despatch, and excellent communication. Nothing to fault.

Very good prices and unique items. Purchase experience a bit long, and I missed follow-up and information during the process.
But Martin and his team take the time to call back and replies to emails, this is not pro-active, customer centric approach, still they consider requests. In the end the item arrived in France, and I’m really happy now.
