I received my hooverboard and cart yesterday...lads its brilliant..the shipping is tracked by DHL. Arrived in just 4 days. My young lad is.. loving it.

Awful company
Awful company! We have had nothing but problems since we received the hoverboard which was a Christmas present for our son and worked for one day. The cart was missing parts so we went to our local hardware store to find the missing bolts. Was very stressful. We have since sent the hoverboard back as it was supposedly fixed and sent back to us but again worked for one day. We are now waiting for the last three weeks for a refund which we have not received and they won’t answer our emails. Looks like we’ll have to take legal action too. I’ve never experienced this from any other company.

Broken scooter
I received a broken scooter Ninebot G2E. Voltes is avoiding my e-mails since 3 weeks ago. And seems to have blocked me from using the chat.
Looks like it happened to more customers than me. Avoid this company.

Very bad customer service
Good luck returning a product. I received a broken e scooter 5 days ago and ever since i have written e-mail after e-mail regarding a return but it seems like they try to avoid me since they dont respond to my e-mails. I have also tried to call Them with no response. So i would not recommend buying from This page.
