a long refund

Even though I canceled my flight ticket immediately on the day I paid for it on Kiwi.com, my refund is not being processed normally.

Since it was canceled immediately after the purchase, it is generally considered that a full refund is possible, and we contacted the customer center about this, but no clear guidance or resolution was made.

In particular, the response that the review must be deleted or modified to proceed with the refund feels very unfair from the consumer's point of view. This seems to be a conditional response rather than a normal refund process, and it is a part that greatly undermines trust.

We would like to ask you to formally inform us of the current situation with clear refund criteria and handling, and to make a fair refund. If necessary, we will also contact the relevant agencies.

Booking 650407912 no refund, no answer, nothing

After almost 10 weeks there is still no solution in a flight issue.
KIWI takes no responsibility for its own lack of action.

Our problem: on September 28 my brother in law died from a hart attack.

Our departure date was planned on October 3rd. and KIWI had 5 working days to take action.

The only thing needed at that time was changing our flight.
Or giving an insurance policy so we could attend the funeral on October 6th.

THEY DID NOTHING.

😡KIWI writes SIX WEEKS LATER 😡 that it is up to the airline to decide over a refund.

So, after 68 days we are still waiting on a solution for a problem dating back to September 28.

Never ever deal with Kiwi.com!

I booked a Ryanair flight through Kiwi.com and
I have got a double booking (Booking ID 649905454 and 650305205).

I have been trying to get a refund for the double booking for six weeks.

Ryanair is willing to refund the double booking, but according to their policies Kiwi.com should contact Ryanair to request a refund because the booking and payments were made through the agency. But Kiwi.com refuses to send the request.

All the results can be described briefly:
Ryanair: We are ready to refund. For this, Kiwi.com should contact us.
Kiwi.com: We cannot refund. You must contact Ryanair directly.
And so on many, many times. So the situation looks like a vicious circle.

I am from Ukraine, my daughter and little grandson are hiding in Europe from the war and need my help. This is my trip to them. You know, when you run away from daily and nightly air attacks, you hope to meet a human attitude in civilized Europe. But obviously, Kwi.com customers cannot count on such attitude. Once they get your money you simply cease to exist for them.

I understand, they methodically lead you in circles and do nothing to help you. And this is not a mistake, this is their rule: never return the money they received from you.

I have never encountered a more disrespectful attitude towards customers. So I strongly recommend avoiding this company in all possible ways.

Overall it’s a good company with competitive prices!

I recently had some problems with this company and posted a negative review about it. I am pleased to say that it has now been resolved but it makes me wonder that this would have not happened if I didn’t post a negative feedback. In any case, thank you for your help, customer service was quick to reply and resolve the issue!

FLIGHT CANCEL NO REFUND

Our flight from Perth to Malang was cancelled by carrier (so they claim). They try to charge extra to rebook the SAME flight, we declined. We ask for refund but kiwi.com want me to wait 3 months for refund !! I've started a dispute with credit card, I BELIEVE il be leaving negative reviews everywhere to make sure everyone is aware PS check all other sites for kiwi.com negative reviews.

FRAUD

FRAUD! Someone on behalf of KIWI.COM is fraudulently posting good reviews to prop up their stars, but it is all false reviews. DO NOT believe these reviews of Kiwi.com. They are fake. There is a Facebook website (Kiwi.com-Victims of the scam Kiwi) of over 2000 people that have been scammed by Kiwi.com. Every single one of them have not received flights nor refunds.
