Thank you Danielle in the service department for your help, advice and understanding regarding my broken boiler and ensuring I register my new one!

I recently contacted Volkera Ireland as my boiler which is just 3 years old this month is leaking water. My house is a new build. I found Danielle very unhelpful.
I was asked to email my service records for past 3 years. As I couldn’t find the record for 2018. I was advised my boiler is not covered under guarantee. I do have a certificate on the boiler stamped but that wasn’t enough. After requesting numerous times could a plumber call out to fix the leak, reluctantly Danielle advised me the price would be 190€ plus parts labour and the earliest service would be mid November.

To me that is no customer service. Also no reason for the boiler to be leaking water as it’s so new.

Giving the fact that I have a certificate for 2019 and the boiler itself it stamped for the past 3 years I feel I have being treated disgracefully. This company only interest is to sell you a product that is not fit for purpose and they will not stand over any warranty or guarantee.

Very happy with our experience, from the admin to the repair. Repairman punctual and fixed the problem with a professional and friendly approach.

Hot water sensor broke twice in 3 months after 2 months of usage...

Hi all..
My new boiler broke down not it's fault as it was a gass bottle problem...
Contacted Anita at vokera a lovely and very helpfull person..
In turn she contacted Dan the engineer who arrived the following day and had the problem resolved by adjusting gas pressures..
Problems solved and away we go..

Avoid at all cost. The installed unit has manufacturer's fault, confirmed by two independent engineers, but Vokera refuses to resolve the problem. They won't even honour their 5 years warranty. Shockingly rude customer service. Have never experienced anything like that. Other engineers adviced Vokera service dept is trained to treat customers such way. Do yourselves a favour and avoid them at all cost if you don't want to be left in a freezing house without the service in the middle the winter.

Quick, honest, good value, reliable. Really excellent service at short notice in difficult times.

The staff were very helpful, but the phone line quality was awful (something the customer service person said was usual).

IN RELATION TO REPLY BELOW FROM VOKERA NO ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION WAS OFFERED. THIS IS UNTRUE AND THEIR REPLY SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THE CREDIBILITY OF THIS COMPANY. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO AVAIL OF THIS SERVICE. THERE WAS ONE SIMPLE ISSUE THAT THEY COULD NOT REPAIR DESPITE TAKING FULL FEE AND NOT REFUNDING BALANCE AS PER THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
I advise anybody not to use the Fixed Fee Service in Ireland. I paid for a repair in December. It still doesn't work,and I have now been informed that they will not refund balance of money due to me as per Terms & Conditions despite calling them back within a month. I am now resorting to Legal Action. It is my opinion that this service is a ripoff.

Gas boiler works fantastic,great heat output and very reliable
