I signed up with VoipBusiness and my account has been stuck on “pending verification” with no communication from the company at all. Their system went into “maintenance”, which completely took my line offline — unbelievable for a service that businesses rely on.

I emailed support several times and received no response. The service never became usable, yet they still charged £4.99. I’ve now requested a full refund and will be cancelling everything.

A VoIP provider should offer reliability and support, but this experience has been the opposite. I won’t be using them again.

This must be a 1 man band and he has gone off sick or something, I think they don’t like you using the free option because all of a sudden it wouldn’t let me log in so clicked on forgot password and password reset never reached my email (checked spam/junk) no help via support and I already put my phone number on a3 posters and flyers etc so very frustrating! Didn’t think it was a server issue so I created new account, worked like a charm for few weeks then all of a sudden same issue, wrong password (I hadn’t changed anything) but clicked forgot just in case it was there backend wanting me to change it, password never arrived, they clearly want you on a paid option as twice in a matter of 2 months is more than odd! It’s a shame as I use Bonline for my other business but I was trialing other companies to see if there was any out there that worked as good but slightly cheaper, this is def not 1 of those companies!!!

Would give 0, tried to get help.
They do not respond to help tickets and expect you to pay to trail their product as they lock out everything on trial. As stated my calls went out via Pakistan with a time lap, oh so classy for a VOIP provider.


My conclusion, do not even bother to waste your time like me, or waste your money. Try a smaller company who you can ring and talk to. So far I have found only 3, the rest, throw your time and money away

Awful, guy had no idea what I was talking about had to explain 4 times that we couldn’t just operate on WiFi via an app on our phone we needed a voip handset hardwired.
