The Ui is simple, clean, modern. The functionality of this tool is also amazing. And the Ux ... Amazing as well. Easy for users to use, especially the contact form. Before Vocal I was using Typeform and/or Voiceform. Both great platforms. But Vocal stands head-and-shoulders above those tools for my use case.
This app is extremely useful to individuals with disabilities because they don't have to struggle with Typing, due to having fine motor issues, where you have to spend hours correcting mistakes made with the microphone due to text to speech

Wishlist:
1. Support for the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.
2. It would be absolutely amazing to have the ability to search through the Text Transcriptions and easily find the voice messages I have sent.
Tip: Most of my global business customers are from the Middle East and Africa, and the Arabic language is critical for my online business. The Middle East has some of the highest purchasing power in the world. It’s also one of the most spoken languages.
