I am writing to express my utmost disappointment with the support system of your company, which I consider to be the most dreadful and money-driven support system I have ever encountered. As a free member, there is no place to send an email and ask questions. I am forced to upgrade to a paid membership just to be able to send an email. When I asked how to transfer the vectors I created in my free membership to my paid membership, the response I received was simply to create a new index without any information on transferring the existing data.
After sending a second email requesting further information, no response was received. Then, I sent a third email asking for assistance once again and waited for days without any reply. Finally, I gave up and downgraded my account to a free membership, only to receive an invoice for a service I never used but was charged for simply because I had enabled and expected the support service.
To make matters worse, when I wanted to dispute the received invoice, I received automated replies stating that the payment would not be refunded. This has been by far the worst and most deceitful system I have experienced with any company. I strongly advise against using your services. Please stay away if possible!
I hope to receive a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
