Great designs, but the clothing quality is awful. Anything white is completely see-through. Material is super thin and feels like it could just fall apart.

I ordered several tshirts and was so happy with them. The quality is excellent and the fit is great.
So many designs to choose from and they don’t have to be vegan, but the fact that all their products are animal and planet friendly is the best. I will buy from them again, for sure.

I’ve bought three items from VO & all are fab ! The sweatshirts are beautifully soft & cosy but not bulky. I’m a size 14 & bought large which was perfect for me it’s a relaxed fit without being huge! Quality is great & washes well . They are my go to for cooler evenings / days , & I’m sure will be buying more in the future for being in snuggly autumn/ winter ! The t shirt is equally fab , & fits well ! Highly recommend this company , value for money & many lovely designs to choose from !

Material on t shirts and jumpers is brilliant. I have a t shirt that's 4 years old and it still looks great and I wash my clothes after each wear. Soft as well

I purchased two t-shirts of the same size. While one of the t-shirts corresponded to its size, the other was significantly larger, with a width equivalent to a t-shirt two sizes bigger. As a result, it was unwearable. I contacted the customer service team to address this, and they asked me to provide the measurements of the item, which I did. However, I was simply told that the sizing may vary. Despite the clear discrepancy in size, I was not offered any compensation or solution. The only option presented was to return or exchange the t-shirt, but since the shipping cost from my country exceeds the price I paid for the item, it was not worth the effort. I tried to leave feedback on their website, but submitting feedback was unsuccessful, and only positive reviews are visible on the site.

Horrible company, took my money and won't deal with the fact that item never arrived. Appalling communication.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was ridiculously quick. The T-Shirts were just loverlie. Exactly the same colour, print, quality and size. (We ordered larger as we use a tumble dryer so they will change after tumble dryer heat). Very affordable and above all helping safe the planet?!?. Thanks 'VO TEAM' xxx

I bought a t shirt which I love and wear all the time. It is not only beautiful but great quality too.
Any issues or queries customer support are really helpful. Just an all round great experience with good ethics.

I was hesitant to buy from VO as I learned about them from an Insta advert. I had recently been disappointed by buying from another advert seen on the platform and not receiving good quality products. I had noticed a well-known musician I follow who manages their own social media and is a known vegan followed them so I decided to take a shot because I really liked that tshirt design I saw (Tree Rings).
I am so happy I did.
The 3 t-shirts I got (made in India) are made from excellent quality cotton and are the right thickness to be comfortable in warmer days on their own or under a flannel or cardigan on colder days.
The ink is very good quality and is flexible. Nice soft colors too!
I also purchased an unstructured/dad hat with an embroidery. Outstanding quality again. 100% cotton (made in China unfortunately) and lightweight. Perfect spring/summer cap. Brim and fit are perfect. One of the best caps I have and will definitely be getting lots of use!

My only criticism would be they state they ship plastic-free. My package came in a paper bag on the outside and my garments in a single biodegradable plastic bag, so technically not plastic-free even if effort was made. Would have liked to see biocompostable plastic or similar solution. I understand why they had to use it though and appreciate it was only a single bag.
Would like to see VO get B Corp certified to add even more legitimacy to their eco-freindly claims. I do believe their claims but you never really know. They are PETA and WRAP certified which is outstanding and another big reason I'll purchase from them again.

Shipping from UK to Italy took about 2 weeks from clicking the place order button. I paid for tracked shipping and suggest that option. No company can speed up or control customs so the peace of mind is nice.

So yeah, great products and service. Would recommend!

I was so pleased to find Vegan Outfitters. The joggers I bought arrived quickly and they are very good quality, thick cotton and a comfortable fit. The embroidered designs are delightful and I will certainly be buying again.
