Absolutely NO recommendation

I was really looking forward to the TV shelf. Immediately after ordering, I received an email saying that my shelf would be shipped within two days. Unfortunately, three weeks later I still didn't have a shelf and it was only after I asked twice that the shelf was finally sent to me. When it finally arrived and I was able to unpack it, I was very sober. The front, the side panels and the bottom had scratches and dents. Only one of the rear walls was delivered. Several screws were also missing. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this seller. Too bad.

Scam

Delivery arrived very late and incomplete. Instead of a complete lamp, I only got three wooden slats without a lampshade, bulb and screws. Customer service is not responding to my request.

Though I had to wait few more days but…

Though I had to wait fee more days but delivery was earlier than expected and all of the three things recieved were not only of good quality but were same as I expected.

Horrible quality

I bought a lamp. The quality of the product was terrible. When I received the product, the legs were broken. The lampshade also looked very cheap. Nothing resembled the website picture. However, I got the refund, but the shipping cost was not refunded.

we ordered an armchair

Delivery times cannot be planned well (when ordering it said: immediately available, with the confirmation it was about 8 weeks, but then it was significantly less). The feet that we still had to assemble were not pre-drilled, and instructions were not included. Because of the various screws and tacking needles on the base, there was only limited space to be able to screw at all, so purchases from the hardware store were necessary and the fabric with which the base was covered had to be partially removed. This was the only way to see where to drill/screw. 2 stars only because there was a small compensation from Vivense for it.

Perfect

I have no negative experience at all with vivense. I ordered a table with 4-6 weeks shipping time, and over the whole waiting time i received frequently updates about my order, and it arrived in just under 4 weeks. I was worried at first because of the bad reviews i read after my order, but none of them come true, the price is good, and the description fittet perfectly to the final product. If i find something here that like i order again.

Extremely long delivery and very poor…

Extremely long delivery and very poor quality. It is not even possible to mount the lamps, since holes are to small. Article reduced from 129,- to 69,- but not even worth 39 ,-.
I‘ll never buy there again.

the cupboard came without instructions…

the cupboard came without instructions on how to assemble it. additionally, there are many scratches and damages. it's also badly made because it breaks down halfway. I do not recommend
