Love the VIVAIA shoes, but also love the whole VIVAIA experience. Great customer service, return policy, shipping (which is prompt)… couldn’t ask for more. I’m definitely a repeat customer for all these reasons.

In the past 4 months I have purchased two pairs. I was so happy with the first pair I got I ordered similar style in lighter color and pointed toe wedge slip on. I love them. The sizing was perfect. had a problem w first delivery they resolved very quickly and will buy again. I used for vacation where I walked 4.5 miles a day were more comfy than my sneakers. Taking to New York next week. I should mention my hip has been bothering me for some time from inflammation and a friend recommended these shoes and now I’ll need to buy more extremely comfortable I thought price a bit high at first, but I’m willing to splurge for my comfort . Great well made and oh so comfy.

Love my loafers! I have challenges with my feet and these loafers are so comfortable! Love the mesh bag to wash the shoes to keep the look!

Service staff were very willing to advise on shoes size! Also, they were prompt in their replies. VIVAIA shoes are really comfortable and I am now on my 5th pair!

Saw these sneakers on Instagram and they looked like what I have been looking for in a shoe.

Ordered them and could not have been happier with the purchase. They are well made and fit my narrow foot.
Well made sneaker and were delivered on time.
They are also washable and clean up great with a mild detergent and brush.

I have recently bought seval pairs of VIVAVA shoes, my quest to find a shoe that fitted a long slim foot size UK 8.5 has being a very long one but I sent for an 8.5 and it really was an 8.5, most shoes skip my size and I have to squeeze into an 8 or slip around in a size 9.
I wore my shoes a bit around the house first to make sure they were comfortable and then wore them for 8 hours in London, they were a perfect fit and so comfy, I have five pairs now and don't need to waste money on shoes I have to make do with. It's great to feel comfortable and I can order and be confident knowing they will fit perfectly.
As for customer service
I have returned one pair as when I got they were just not my cup of tea, I got a refund straight away.

I have bought 4 pairs of Vivaia shoes. My orders arrived early. I like the quality and the comfort they offer. I recommend it to my colleague. I plan to buy another pair.

I wore this shoes when I was in Vegas, my Apple Watch says 25k steps throughout the day and this shoes didn’t hurt my feet at all. I have high arch and this really supports my feet! I bought another pair!

The high heels are the most comfortable heels I've ever worn. These shoes help with my foot pain. I like the inserts as well. Can't wait for my next pair!

Needed insoles to fit shoes I had already bought they cost £9 but got charged £12 carriage for a tiny package which then took 7 days to arrive

Have great experience using vivaia shoes so far. May not be buying other brands and will stick to using vivaia shoes forever.

Never received a call back. Needed help with a shoe I really wanted to buy. I have a narrow foot and wanted a shoe with a round toe. Left a message and no return call.
In addition, I used chat and they were useless had no idea what i was asking. I wouldnt wast my time with Vivaia. There not that great

I left a negative review about the Mary Jane shoes and it was never posted. This seems to be a common complaint by others.
These shoes were very bad... caused blisters in several places and severe inflammation on a small bunion. Took weeks to heal. Very bad experience after wearing the shoes for one hour. Deceptive business practice to ignore negative reviews and quickly post the positive ones. Don't trust their reviewing practices.

Honestly, this company has the best customer service of pretty much anywhere I have ever shopped. They are responsive, helpful and generous. I love the shoes, but that's only one thing. I have SUCH trust in them as a brand for their transparency and genuine desire to help and please customers. Thank you for being a beacon for this where so many fail.

Wide fit shoes were not wide fit. Im only borderline between standard and wide around the toebox but shoes were still cramped.

Return process a nightmare and didnt automatically get my refund had to chase them after 2.5 weeks after the parcel tracking showed they had received the items back.

They hadnt even started to process the refund at their end and now have to wait up to another 2 weeks for that to actually be received.
