I have a few different pairs from Vivaia and they are my favorite shoes hands down. My foot is wide and I have bunions and Vivaia’s stretchy material accommodates all my problems. They are great quality, elegant, comfortable and always get compliments. You always look stylish, put together and confident in these shoes. I love them!

I'm loving Vivaia so far with the three pairs that I have.
PROS:

CONS:
•this is my only issue with these shoes - fit and comfort
they fit snugly so much so that the tightness hurt my feet, so I suggest ordering a size bigger(1/2-1 inch,depending on your preference)

I am so excited about this brand. I had been looking for ages for a stylish but comfortable shoe that wouldn’t make my foot and ankle issue worse. I initially bought a pair of winter waterproof boots that quickly became my favorite of the season. They are so comfortable and well made. I then bought a cute pair of sneakerinas, which are also super comfortable and really cute. I love this brand and finding a company that is good to your feet while being aware of style.

I ordered a pair of Ballet Flats for a wedding. They were so ill cut that I couldn't get my feet into them and I returned them the same day in the same box. It has taken 2 months to get a refund.

My experience with Vivaia was great. I wore my loafers for the first time today and it’s super comfy. I showed it to my work colleagues who also loved it. Now I’m going to buy another pair and enjoy wearing them. Thank you Vivaia.

Purchased four pair and counting! So cute but most comfortable shoe ever

I have two pairs of Vivaia shoes, and I'm happy with both the products and delivery of each. They're pricey for me but I'm in my 40s with an active job, so I decided it's time to invest in better footwear. The ballet flats I wore for the first time fresh from the box and immediately had to run several blocks in DC to make an appointment. I couldn't believe they stayed on my feet, I didn't have blisters, and my feet and ankles felt fine. I also wore them on Mother's Day to brunch, and was then invited for a walk through the woods. I would have said no if I hadn't already had the experience of running through the city in them, but I said yes and was still surprised that a good 30 minute walk on dirt trails felt absolutely comfortable. My other order from here was a pair of heeled boots. They are more pointed in the toes so I realized I needed to go a size up. I really appreciated that the company sent me a size up before I shipped the incorrect size back, so that I could compare each and choose which one was best. I will definitely continue saving up and buying these shoes rather than replacing uncomfortable shoes every 6 months like I used to.

I have not received my shoes. I returned a pair for exchange and have heard nothing since. Live chat not working as ‘out of hours’. I wanted these shoes for a holiday I go on in 2 days. Very disappointed .

I LOVE Vivaia shoes! I have a total of 10 pairs and they are all very comfortable. It’s also a big plus because they’re made from recycled plastic bottles. They are true to size, so get your usual size when buying. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet don’t hurt even after wearing them the entire day!

My next pair will be their APMA accepted slip-on mesh sneakers! Excited for that!

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. And they’re beautifully made.

File a report. This company scammed many people. Don't waste your money. They're saving face in the comments here and tell you that they will help you but when you email them, they will ignore and blame you. Don't trust this company

Love these products! I walked all over France in the loafers, even hiking a terraced vineyard. A quick rinse off and they look brand new again! Comfort and fashion in every style. I own the dress heels and booties too. Easy ordering with great customer service when exchanging for a different size, with quick delivery. I'm ready for their summer sandals!

I inadvertently clicked on the Vivaia website a few weeks ago. Unfortunately now Vivaia has my email address and I get 4+ emails every day. I tried unsuccessfully to remove my email address but with no luck. I emailed, called texted etc but to no avail. This is ridiculous and if they give as much attention to their shoes as they do for the Adminstrative side their shoes must be very poor quality.

Without a doubt one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn AND they look amazing with anything I wear. The satin gives it a refined upscale look and the ribbons make me feel girlie! Buy them right away!!!

A lot of styles and options from dressy to casual. Very comfortable. Easy to travel with. Safe shipping. Good customer service. Repeat customer.

I have quite a few pairs from Vivaia now, which probably says a lot already, haha. The heels are honestly the highlight for me! They’re the only ones I can wear for long periods without wanting to take them off halfway through the day and I’m able to walk in them for long periods. They don’t cramp my toes at all. It’s not quite sneaker-level comfort, but definitely way better than other heels I have tried.

The newer wedges (Skyler) are also really good. They’re super comfortable and give a nice bit of height without feeling like a struggle to walk in. They’re an all-day shoe for sure.

For the Margot flats, while they’re comfy overall, they do make my feet sweat a bit and I don’t find them breathable. I ended up swapping out the insole and that fixed it somewhat but it’s still more comfortable with low invisible socks. But they are also an all-day shoe.

Overall, I’d say they’re worth it. The designs are gorgeous too — simple, versatile, and pretty timeless, so they don’t go out of style easily.

I have purchased shoes from Vivaia about six times. I have been very happy every time. The shipping and packaging are terrific. The kitten heeled pumps, loafers with chunky heels and flats are all very good looking, made well, are very comfortable and wear well!

I highly recommend this firm and website!
