Trouble Free Aftersales Service
One of the soft close dampers on our toilet seat had failed after 10 months so I contacted Vitra. They couldn't be more helpful! After sending a picture of the Toilet Seat and the leaking damper they dispatched a new pair of dampers and provided very clear instructions to replace them. This was a relatively simple task and was installed in about 30 mins. Dan, from Aftersales, was great and provided an excellent service. Nice to deal with a company that prides it's self on customer service.

Cleaning nozzle failure on my Vitra V-care.toilet.
The cleaning nozzle on my Vitra V-care Comfort toilet stopped coming out and on investigation I found that the electrical supply cable to the motor had got trapped between two parts of the housing during assembly. This had bent the cable double and it had finally severed.
When I contacted Vitra for a replacement the after sales manager agreed to supply the part at no cost even though the toilet at 6 or 7 years old was long out of warranty.
This represented excellent customer service and I am very impressed.

I privided the im formation required in the night and in the morning when I open my mail I had a reply and my pan which was faulty will be replaced

Danny was very helpful
Danny was very helpful when my bidet toilet was installed a few years ago, and once again has been very approachable when my remote developed a fault. It’s on its way back to me fixed hopefully. I was very pleased that Danny is still with the company as he is always very responsive and good at solving problems.

I have never known anyone from any company to be as prompt and efficient as Danny Jacobs at Vitra. In all of my queries to Vitra, Danny has been extremly prompt to respond with an intelligent solution. Time and again Danny has demonstrated compassion (sadly lacking in todays age) with a speedy service also taking into consideration my elderly pearents health requirements. I hope senior management take note of the outstanding service we have received from Danny over the years.
Danny is a credit to the company and its reputation of quality products and more importantly the aftersales service.

This is related to my previous review on 19th April 2024.
Nigel sent me a set of replacement 'soft close' dampers for my toilet seat. Unfortunately when I removed the old pair I found the hinges were damaged. I decided to get a replacement complete seat. Nigel said there would be several weeks delay from stock. But he looked up a replacement (Vitra) one on Amazon. He told me that if there was any problems installing it to contact him (or Dan) and any assistance they could give they would!
I got the item from Amazon the next day and it was simple to follow the enclosed instructions to install it.
I've never know such caring Customer Service before. Hence 5 Stars.
Highly recommened.

Wonderful customer care
Well what can I say. I had a leak on my 6 year old smart toilet/bidet. My plumber couldn't fix it. I rang Vitra. Was put straight through to the correct department and spoke to Dan, a lovely man. He checked the part I thought I needed... wrong! He told me the correct part, sorted the paperwork, took my card details and put the part in the mail. Wonderful customer care. Thank you.

Replacement part FOC for toilet seat
We had an S50 toilet pan and seat installed about 18 months ago.
Unfortunately a part of the soft close hinge broke last weekend.
I contacted customer service at Vitra.
Nigel was very helpful and asked if I could send a picture of the broken part which I did.
He then responded that the replacement part was in the post to us without any charge.
It arrived within a couple of days and all is now working well.

Vitra V Care Prime Toilet
We had the V Care Prime toilet installed during our bathroom upgrade and the motion sensor to the lid was faulty and required replacement.
We made contact with Nigel & Dan and can quite honestly say, that the plan for repair, was the smoothest we have ever seen.
No list of endless questions and the repair was arranged in less than 24 hours. Great Aftersales team

Vitra after sales service are a class above.
I had an issue with their soft closing product , emailed them and within 24 hours later they had arranged to send out replacement part.

To be honest Vitra is a good company , quality is there and so on but what really makes difference between standard suppliers like B&Q and usually one out there and Vitras products is thair customer and after sales service. That's where the company stands out .
I had a major issue with their product , emailed the UK branch and 48 h later they contacted me back with the solution to my issue, without getting into details my problem was not easily solved and I was facing 10k spend on the refurb to solve the problem if it would not be for their solution.
Glad I went with Vitra for my bathrooms solution provider and Special Thank You to Danny Manager over after Sales dep. for being proactive and solving issue quickly Well Done Guys , thank you

VitrA 5507L003-0101 toilet
We had a new VitrA 5507L003-0101 wall-hung toilet installed recently as part of our bathroom renovation. While this D-shaped toilet looks very nice, it is essentially flawed as it doesn't have the capacity to flush away an average-size fecal deposit. It requires numerous flushes and still doesn't get the job done without the help of a sturdy toilet brush to push everything into the tiny elliptical-shaped opening. Shame on you VitrA for producing and marketing such a flawed toilet!
