Flush valve issue
I have a VitrA system which after a number of years service required a washer replacement in the flush valve unit. After contacting the after sales department and informing them of the issue they informed me which washer was required. However as they did not have the required washer available at the moment they are arranging to send out a replacement flush valve unit. Very pleased with the company response to date.

Great Aftercare, but can't believe they don't have spare seals!
I have a Vitra bottle trap that is 4 years old. It has been fine throughout the 4 years but the seals have failed recently. On trying to find replacement seals at 4 local plumbing merchants I was told the seal is non standard and they didn't have anything suitable. On contacting Vitra I was told they don't have/sell replacement seals. However, given the failure they have provided a new bottle trap as a replacement even though seals are not covered by warranty. So excellent customer service to replace with a new trap, but it's crazy they produce a non standard size seal but can't provide replacements seals. It just seems wasteful. So would be 5* if they start producing replacement seals!

Superb aftercare service
First time i have contacted Vitra and the experience was so refreshing to talk to an adviser who i could understand completely and who earmarked my problem quickly and efficiently and even offered to talk me through the installation once i had received the replacement parts he had sent out . First class service

VitrA V-care has no replacement parts!!!
My wall mounted VitrA V-care has been without warm water for over 4 months, due to the heating element being broken. My supplier has been trying to get a replacement part, but cannot get one, due to VitrA apparently not having spare parts. I wonder if they have stopped producing these toilets, as they have no heating elements? If not, one wonders why they could not get one out of there factory, and send it to us.
My toilet is just 3 years old. So I would advise people to think very carefully before they buy a VitrA bidet toilet. They are many more different makes out there.

Toilet leak
Our wall mounted Vitra toilet started to leak over last weekend and we have to collect the drips with a basin over the weekend. On Monday morning we called our builder as the house is new but this is our public holiday in Northern Ireland and they are on holiday ( along with all associated trades ) all week. I had the idea of calling Vitra direct and got through to Danny who quickly diagnosed the issue and dispatched a part that needed to be replaced along with instructions. It was refreshing to talk to someone who was sympathetic, knowledgeable and probably saved us from having a substantial insurance claim ! Thank you for your excellent service.

I’ve had Vitra taps and a hand shower…
I’ve had Vitra taps and a hand shower head holder in my house for some 20 years. Any issue (very few) has always been resolved speedily with great after-sales service. The latest was a broken hand shower head wall bracket now out of production but they supplied an ex-showroom slightly different replacement. Great help as always!

I contacted Vitra as one of the rubber buffers on my toilet lid had fallen out and was lost.
They quickly responded and I had a spare part delivered in a couple of days at no cost.
Service and response was excellent.

I contacted VitrA when my new shower toilet started behaving erratically. They were very sympathetic, took some details and quickly arranged for an engineer’s visit. It turned out there had been a mistake in fitting which the Sanifix engineer diagnosed and corrected. Afterwards, Nigel from VitrA took the trouble to check I was happy following the work and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to get the most from and to care for the appliance in the future. I was so impressed with how smoothly the issue was sorted and grateful to deal with a company with such a high standard of customer care. Thank you!

The right way to deal with customers in the 21st century.
My toilet suffered a breakdown and the plumber who fitted it went quiet on us after showing initial interest. I therefore decided to go directly to VitrA UK with my problem, and they immediately indicated that they wanted to help (no suggestion of shoulder-shrugging, or passing the buck). After exchanging emails, and the provision of a couple of photos, they located the part that I needed, and sent it out within 24 hours! It is always such a relief to deal with companies, and their staff, who are actually primed to give excellent service. They could teach so many others a thing or two about customer support.

This company have gone above and beyond.
We purchased a property with Vitra toilet fittings, some were a bit loose and on further inspection there were a few bits missing ( it had been a holiday home so had probably been well used over the years).
Contacted Vitra UK and they are sending out the missing parts.
Brilliant customer service.

Brilliant after sales service from Dan at Vitra. Contacted Vitra with a query regarding a toilet seat. Dan got back to me very promptly, even had a follow up phone call. Sent the spare part free of charge on the Friday and I received it on the Monday. All fitted and sorted now!! Thank you!!

Amazing Service
Amazing customer service from Vitra. I had an odd problem with a sink which had been installed a number of years previously and contacted Vitra for some advice. Vitra (Nigel) asked me to send a photo and on receipt offered a replacement sink and pedestal without charge. Incredible service in this day and age.

It quite rare to find a company that puts customers first but Vitra does this in abundance. When a cleaner accidentally threw away our toilet flushes, leaving us without working toilets, Nigel was quick to respond and send replacements in the post. Then our local post office misplaced that delivery, Nigel went above and beyond and sent a new set immediately on overnight delivery so that we could use the toilets. Vitra is very clearly customer focused and Nigel is an irreplaceable asset to the business. Without his reassurance and constant support in a bit of a crisis, I am not sure what we would have done.

Satisfaction after a blimp
After having problems with my Vitra comfort bidet toilet and a very unsatisfactory and costly visit by a company Vitra use for servicing some of their products I eventually had a call from Nigel at Vitra. He was concerned to hear of my dissatisfaction and arranged to personally come and repair my unit. It took two visits as he didn’t have all the necessary parts to finish the work first time round but I’m pleased to say everything is now working hunky dory.

Real “ Customer Service “ !
I recently requested spare covers for the fixing holes on the VitrA S20 lavatory pan. The company immediately confirmed receipt of my request. After a couple of days, THEY CONTACTED ME !!! to apologise for delay caused by their computer/server problem and promised my request would be resolved as soon as possible. This they did, as promised, and I received the parts within three days. Well done Nigel, Danny and Dan.
