I love my finished Vitavia greenhouse and have already got it full of tomatoes cucumbers and plants.
I had a few small teething problems with screws and one faulty part. I also needed some advice on installation ( the manual and online videos sometimes skipped over detail)
Robbie, at customer services , was always on hand and always responded promptly to my emails, organising replacement parts immediately.His knowledge on the product really helped sort the small issues I had. I would have no hesitation in buying again from Greenhouse Stores.Well done Robbie🤩.

I contacted Vitavia to obtain some spare parts for our Janssens Orangerie. Robbie was super-helpful and sent exactly what I needed which arrived next day, many thanks. This level of customer service is outstanding when so many other companies couldn't care less. Thank you Vitavia, you're an inspiration!

After ordering the Apollo 2500 we received delivery in a very well packed pallet. I had a total hip replacement due so never got to construct it until 3 months later. It took me 3 days to get it all up and correct because frankly the instructions are clear but the close up bit should be a bit bigger! After opening the glass packets I found that 2 of the pieces were broken. I notified Vitavia on the off chance that I might get a reply. Not only did I get a reply but they were very very helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only for the quality of the product but the after sales service is top notch.

Very happy with my Vitavia greenhouse now it’s finished. Great value for money in my opinion.
Struggled a little to build it, mainly getting everything level and square and due to iffy instructions.
So, why 5 stars? 5 stars because the after sales support was second to none. Quick to respond and explained where I was going wrong. A big thank you to Robbie and Jamie 🙏
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vitavia to my family and friends.

(Neptune 9900 black horticultural glass). Took a couple of weeks from order to delivery which gave me plenty of time to sort the base out. unfortunately 2 panes were cracked when I checked everything was there. Contacted customer services the same day and had a reply almost instantly with requests of the size of glass, new panes arrived by courier a couple of days later and extremely well packaged. Great customer service and communication, fantastic looking greenhouse and it went together really well. Definitely a 2 day job for this size.

I bought the Vitavia Freya greenhouse back in November and I genuinely couldn't be happier with it. From the moment we installed it, it's been a joy to us. The build quality is excellent, it feels sturdy and well designed and it looks fantastic in my garden. Everything about it feels thoughtfully made, from the structure to the overall finish. I absolutely love this greenhouse and would highly recommend Vitavia.

From the start of my enquiry to receiving delv the customer service has been fantastic . This wasn't a straight forward order but Robbie especially walked me through the whole process with ease and a caring attitude. Vitavia treated me as a valued customer and not just a number. Many companies could learn a thing or two if the had the customer service that Robbie on behalf of Vitavia showed.

Extremely happy with the final product. Putting the greenhouse together is a bit fiddly but the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. They really went above and beyond.

It gets two star because I have a greenhouse that leaks excessively and this is yet to be resolved. It is still unclear if this is the greenhouse or the installation, which Vitavia didn't arrange. If it ends up being the installation then my score would go up because the customer service has been excellent. Really gone the extra mile in helping me attempt to sort out the problems with the supplier/installer. Very supportive, understanding and kind. Its a shame Vitavia choose to work with the supplier and allow them to install their products because it reflects badly for them. I hope this is resolved as Vitavia customer services are outstanding, especially Robbie.

Excellent service , the greenhouse we ordered was delivered on time and was very well packed , unfortunately one of the panes were broken , I contacted Vitavia had very quick response from Robbie who organised for a new pane of glass to be delivered . We would highly recommend this company .

The small greenhouse we purchased was delivered as stated and was fairly easy to assemble, we had a problem with some missing glass panels but they were sent without fuss or delay.
Would recommend as have purchased other greenhouses in the past for more money but inferior quality.
Customer service and communication was first class

Fantastic build quality and very quick customer service replies when I had some queries regarding some issues (user error) that were remedied. Highly recommend this company if you want a decent greenhouse!

I only needed a few spare braces for my greenhouse when I had to move it but the delivery charge was £30, three times the cost of the parts. I contacted Vitavia and spoke to Robbie who was extremely helpful and organised my delivery charge to be halved and arranged the actual delivery. Parts arrived within two days. Excellent customer service, what a lovely experience

I had a broken part caused by some storm damage and Vitavia sent me a free of charge replacement immediately after I requested their help.

Delivery was quicker than the estimation. One pane of glass was unfortunately found broken on unpacking though I think this was just unlucky as it was all packaged very securely in crates and cardboard. Customer service were great about sending out a replacement. Overall very happy with the quality and service.

Unfortunately on delivery of the greenhouse one of the pane's of glass was found to be broken. This was resolved very quickly with replacement forwarded within the week.
This is the second Vitavia greenhouse we have purchased and overall product quality is very good.

Fantastic service all round. From beginning to end I can ONLY praise my experience with Vitavia UK. Firstly I received a large discount on my purchase for ordering in the winter months. I was then informed when my order was ready to be dispatched and asked when was convenient for me. It was then delivered by a very nice and helpful chap. I decided to construct myself and found that the supplied instructions were all I needed. I just methodically followed them and within two days it was complete. I was very impressed with the quality of parts and overall design. Got to say that hearing it was German DID make a difference for me and I was fully vindicated in my choice. So I've just finished my first growing year and am very happy with my purchase. I recently was in touch with the company again to ask for some information... I received a reply the same morning. What can I say... a brilliant experience all round. My Venus 6200 is a BRILLIANT greenhouse and the customer service has also been BRILLIANT. I can happily recommend Vitavia UK to anyone looking for a good quality greenhouse at a very competitive price. A very BIG thank you to ALL at Vitavia UK.

Whilst erecting a greenhouse, Neptune 6700, I discovered that I had a couple of panes of the wrong glass size. I contacted customer services and they sent me the correct glass, by courier the next day. No fuss and a very prompt service.

Bought my Saturn 8 x 8 greenhouse three years ago, had it fitted by a great team with no hassle whatsoever. Looks great and has really improved the look of my garden with the things i have produced.
Highly recommended.
