It's a SCAM!

It's a SCAM! When you want to withdraw money, there's no way to contact them; email comes back; nobody answers the phone; the chat form in the platform doesn't work. In the beginning, the manager - Robert Grossman (perhaps a fake name?) - called every day; consulted on how to do trading - doing all he could to trick us into investing our savings. And then simply disappeared.

Scam of Vitacapitals.

Very, very bad experience. Scam. Fake.

I invested 25.000 €, past 4 months i had amount of 254.000. With manager i discussed about withdrawing of 80.000€...

Past them they wanted to pay fee and local taxes, tonpay for opening account in offshore bank.

All was SCAM. No responses on calls, emails...

ITS A SCAM

SCAM!! Dont trust Vita Capitals!!

They request you to send money and to have more money to trade with.

When you want to witdraw your'e money they coplicate things and want you to send more money to confirm the transaction with a mirror transaction.

I refused to do that and then he said its the only way and thats how the blockchain works.

I asked if i could send a lower ammount then he told me no its has to be that ammount.

after a while he said that i could send another ammount for the transaction to go trugh.

That is not how the blockchain works

Dont trust Vita Capitals and whatever you do dont send them any money.

They want you to send the ammount you witdraw to a bitcoin wallet adress and then you get the money you widraw and the money you send back.

It's a scam all the way.

I havent got my money back yet. and i dont think they will send it back.

This company does simply not exist

This company does simply not exist as a company.

It is no legal entity and has no registered office. If Vitacapitals claims it has a legal entity and registered office, then it should send the registration number of the company and country of registration here as a reply to all.

Financial authorities :

They aren't regulated.

But, first, they claimed on their website that they were registered with US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which is not the case. Then, Lichtenstein Financial Authority (FMA) which is also not the case (see warnings on the official FMA website about Vitacapitals having made this false allegation!!!!!!), and now they changed it again to the Monetary Authority of Singapore as well as SIPC, which are also not the case.

It is not possible to withdraw money…

It is not possible to withdraw your money. In appearance, everything looks very fine. But once you want to withdraw and get your money back, it is not possible ! One can not make the withdrawal of high amounts oneself on the platform. They simply block it.
High possibility that it is a scam. Other comments claiming that it is scam were taken away a few days ago on Trustpilot.

Good day Dana. We would appreciate if you share the identificator in the system so that we assist you with your case. No need to declare with certainty that something is scam just because you did not find the tool to withdraw funds.

Support

The company's support service should respond faster to customer requests.

Sometimes there are problems with password recovery (an email with recovery does not come to the email, the spam folder is empty). So I have to wait for the password to be restored by the support team.
