Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs – no product, no support
Purchased two accounts and received absolutely nothing. Contacted support and after four days received a single reply saying they would “forward it to the support team” — then complete silence. No follow-up, no resolution, no refund. Paying for a product and being passed around with zero outcome isn’t customer service. Avoid Tenacity Trading.

So far from what i have seen Tenacity Trading has great potential, and seems that all the low reviews are from people who have very little comprehensive skills, ironic enough, I would say I have decent comprehensive skills, the website makes it very very difficult to find where to purchase a account, lol

edit:
they have two webistes, lol, one with .IO, other with .CO, which now makes sense on why i couldnt purchase an account..., why are there two different websites, that wasn't clear at all

Great Potential

They're not professional:

1) A first-time visitor to their site can't reach them via phone or a contact form
2) Only communication is through Support, which requires a login, but...
3) For over a week now, I haven't been able to create an account - I fill out the form, and it responds with "Address Verification error - try again later"

I'm only giving 2 stars because a source I respect (don't ask, I won't name) promoted them. Otherwise it would be 1 star. Tenacity, do better.

---------- Update 3/15/2026 ----------

I was able to create an account this morning. I also searched their Rules and FAQ and got some key questions answered. Thank you Tenacity for fixing the signup form. I almost increased the rating to 4 stars, but I'm concerned about paused competitions. I only want to go to live, but, as I understand it, if Equilibrium is reached, I would have to take whatever I made. If, when purchasing a competition account, there was an option to forgo a competition payout and trade until you blow the account or qualify for Live, I think I'd have to push the rating to 5 stars. Even so, Tenacity has great potential.

I apologize as we had a small temporary issue that was resolved. You are able to sign up now. We have some major announcements coming as we are taking the next step in our beta phase.

I received larger payout than expected

I got my payout of $616.22 today direct deposited into my checking account. I paid $100 to get in the contest, so I got a 500% (6x) return on capital for one day of trading.

This contest had a very low cost buy-in, so this attracted a lot of people that are inexperienced traders and had unrealistic expectation. When reading these reviews - anyone calling it a "scam" before February 15th, 2026 cannot be taken seriously. You have to give them time to fix your problem before you come on Trust Pilot and try to destroy their business with one star reviews.

These guys just started and every issue that came up, they have made it right from what I have seen. It might take time to fix your issue, but they will fix it in my experience.

Anyone saying no payouts were made is making a false claim. Anyone reading this, wondering the truth of what was going on... go to the Tenacity Trading discord and the "-tenacity-chat" channel. You will see there were issues that came up, but over time the CEO and the Tenacity team made things as fair as possible, and fixed everything that they could.

With a contest like this, every single person that pays $100 to get in - wants to walk away with thousands of dollars. That is just not possible the way this is structured. Statistically, most people will blow their account, or walk away with a small profit. This results in a lot of unhappy people, and some of them come on here and leave one-star reviews that are unfair and not accurate.

I got the pleasure of trading with Tenacity now while they are in their Beta-testing stage, and I gotta say, this prop firm is going to be an absolute game changer once they are fully ready. I am super excited to see their continued growth because I know for sure it will pressure the entire prop firm space to step their game up as well! ❤️💯🥳🙏🏾🎉

Tenacity is worth trying.

This review is based on my full understanding of the Beta Flagship Competition rules. This is a new form of Prop Firm and should not be compared to most current Prop Firm models. Understanding that this is Beta is crucial. That said. I find the company to be open and forthright. They make sure everyone is treated fairly. They are quick to answer any questions and resolve issues. Payout is very fast (1 day). I really like Tenacity and appreciate what they are doing for the trading community.

Trying to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. Experienced serious technical error the first competition, then I try to come back on board because I thought give them another shot and now I am stuck with an account that I can't even use.......

Not what and how they advertised

I joined Tenacity Trading with very modest expectations, my goal was simply to make $200–$400 a day trading responsibly. During the first competition, my payment was delayed long enough that I couldn’t even participate with a 50k pool.

I was later placed into a competition with a $10,000 pool. After seeing how it was structured, I realized it wasn’t aligned with disciplined trading and asked for a refund, but was told it was “too late.”

The competition format incentivizes overtrading and unnecessary risk rather than consistency. I ended up overtrading an account I was already up over $1,000 on and blew it something that hadn’t been an issue before entering this competition environment.

This may appeal to traders chasing leaderboards where you get a small portion of what you actually make, but for those focused on risk management, consistency, and long-term profitability, I would not recommend it.

Unable to fix technical issues

I really like the trading model and the concept behind Tenacity Trading. Unfortunately, since I purchased the account, they haven’t been able to get it working properly. That’s been very disappointing, because it feels like I paid for a service that I ultimately did not receive.

We’re now going into the third competition, and they still haven’t managed to get the account functioning as promised. So far, there has been no proper fix and no compensation for this inadequate service.

I hope this can be resolved, because the model itself has real potential.

As per now they have resolved the issue it took a very long way to do so but it has been resolved.

Scam

Scam. I was profitable on the one day of the competition. And still havnt got my payout. Customer service just responds with everyone will get their payout. Then no one got their full payout. Nothing about this is legit.

So far so good for beta launch

So far the experience has been good. Understanding that at the time of this review, the firm is launching in beta and working out the kinks. More importantly than the issues during the first competition, the responsiveness from support has been top tier. Expecting the firm and product offering to evolve as the beta moves forward.

Tenacity: An Exciting New Prop Model

Tenacity is extremely transparent and easy to work with. Their competition model guarantees sustainability for the firm, which is critical for traders too: if the firm struggles to survive, they aren’t incentivized to reject your payouts or just straight rug pull. Their report is responsive and their payouts are prompt. The beta launch has surely taught them some lessons to improve their competition model going forward, but despite the challenges, they honored their initial ruleset and payout criteria to the letter. Anyone complaining just failed to read or comprehend the rules, which are not onerous at all.

GREAT ROI, COULD do better in keeping informed

Clearly, some of these guys writing the bad reviews DONT know what BETA MEANS! I saw about this firm on a random Youtube video. Liked a lot about what was promised, but yes there could be better communication, ESPECIALLY because you're being measured against being a scam. Most mature traders understand WEEK ONE there will be hiccups, but keeping everyone in the dark not good. I made money and have received payouts in my account. What could have been better is an email saying that most likely you would only be receiving a 'Proportional' amount of your account profits. I really believed what my account profits were going to be in my account. I think this truly was an oversight. I can understand when there's so many bugs to fix this can happen. I have one account that I got above 2k so I'm still waiting for my Live account🤔 unless they mean my pro-rata profits need to be more than 2k. Will update ....

Not for real traders

Problems that I see
First day they meet there money matched and had to shut it down the first day.
People that had money made, now they say you can only get a portion of the money. only 20% of what was made
Can not trade every day
For the last 2 days you can not even trade because they do not have enough money in there pool
Sounds good but real traders want to trade every day not 1 day and then who knows when.
Traders lost there accounts when not even close to there max draw down.
These are just a few things that I see and no fault to the trader.
The only one here guaranteed there money is the company and the very few top traders.
It was shut down after only 1 day of trading because no funds to keep it going.
Save your money and go with a real prop. firm. Many out there.

Nobody that didn't hit MLL "lost" their account. This is false (please read informational emails or videos sent by the CEO). Per our rules stated in the agreement and website, when the fund reaches equilibrium the competition is paused until available for payout reaches $40,000+ again. Then trading will be resumed. The reason nobody is trading today is traders are being paid out with only one day of trading (Over $47,000 paid out day 1 of launch competition). Please read the rules before spreading false information.

I am extremely excited about Tenacity…

I am extremely excited about Tenacity Trading and their “competition”. For anyone who may have a negative thought or written a negative review, it is just too early. The whole process is in Beta. Yes, it was disappointing not being able to start the competition last week, but I am happy to be a part of it, from the beginning.
Every time I have reached out to support, I received a quick email response that always answered my questions to satisfaction. The company is completely transparent and clearly broadcast all information on their website.
The competition does not start until January 19, 2026 at 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Give them some grace to execute their plan. It is an amazing concept and again, I am happy to be a part of it.
