Incredibly disappointed for the lower quality ever received by VistaPrint. Colours are fading just by looking at the cards, I initially noticed how low quality they looked compared to the past, the print itself looks like was printed faster and at a lower DPI to save on paint... But the worst part is that you can't carry them as they get scratched no matter what you do to protect them and fade. I printed several for a few members of the team as I was fine with past orders.. and now we find ourselves with these cards that I don't even want to use with clients.

The team at Vistaprint are always happy to help. When I joined the chat to update my order, an agent joined instantly and assisted me. I amended the design and the agent instantly replaced it in my existing order. It was great to see the team willing to help and assist the customer, bit rare these days.
My order was 6 days late but I was given a full refund. Good customer service.

I used VistaPrint to get custom made Christmas shirts for my family but when I received the order they had sent me the incorrect sizes. When I reached out to customer service to get the sizes corrected they informed me that the replacement order would not arrive until December 30th and they would not send it through express shipping to arrive before Christmas.
The shirts were nice but I was very disappointed as if I had known they wouldn’t arrive before Christmas I would never have bought them.
