Custom coasters
We had custom Coasters and Bags made for a customer event... and they LOVED them. The quality of printed items was excellent and items were received when promised. The client loved them so much they want more!

My order was damaged again about quarter of the door knockers were unusable, and this was my second time getting them reordered for the same issue, I cant use product that doesnt look good. Poor shipping quality, but the stuff that was good, was very good.

The fold was off center
The fold was off center. Thereby making the bifold brochures look crap.
When folding brochures in half it is important to get the fold correct. Very dissatisfied.

Sadly, when an order is placed, there is little to no human interaction with it. It goes straight to print and is then delivered. We normally recommend double-checking an order to ensure everything is correct before submitting due to this process. We'll have your feedback passed on to the relevant team.
Colour off
The pillows colour's were way off. I had it reprinted but it was still way too neon.
