Hi there
Hi there. I did make a request for 2 parts of my cards to be embossed and the one that was most crucial was completely missed. There was no corresponding if my request couldn't be filled. Now my cards are lack luster and I went with Vista print to have the best result.

We have reviewed the instructions for the embossed printing, and it shows the finish should be applied to a word on the front side and the wax seal on the back side. Please note that embossed gloss is only applied to the front side of the cards. This information is stated on our website. Therefore, if the seal is the most important detail to be embossed, we suggest switching the sides for the best results. Plastic Business Cards- Blurry Product
Usually I am very happy with vistaprint
Products. Unfortunately , this time, I was not. In ordered plastic business cards that came blurry- it was like the film they used in the plastic was blurry. I already reviewed this from an email asking me about the product and no one has gotten back to me to fix. I know it’s not my creative- I used the same creative previously to have these made. Plus, my Oder included an order card made in the same plastic and it was blurry itself.
When comparing this new product with my older order of the same cards, it looks like a different product all together. In my previous review , I also sent an image of their order card sent next to my card to show how both my card and their card were blurry.

Ordered 1000 trifolds for a conference…
Ordered 1000 trifolds for a conference which were delivered on time however colours were wrong as per my proof. Advised customer service who acknowledged the mistake and agreed to have them redone and expedited delivery so I can receive them for my conference. Order was not received in the agreed timeline and I am at a conference with no brochures and needed to have them printed off a regular printer. Not impressed.

I ordered embossed gloss for my cards and I saw in a review that you shouldn't make the gloss touch the borders, because it would get a peeled off effect. I did get that effect but honestly it's barely noticeable.
