The customer service rep who helped us need lots of work. It took three calls to get a response. When I called to check status, I never got a response. However the visas did arrived on time.

I really appreciate everything that you have done for me. I was almost sure that this was not going to happen.Thank you very much I will tell everyone about your service.

My companion needed a third party to track down the location of a passport and eventaully a visa. I did not know whether or not I would be traveling alone to Ghana or with a companion within days of our departure date. So I have reservations with the company and its employees.

This was my first time to obtain a visa and I had read all of the horror stories about the experiences of others. I was planning the travel details ofmy first solo trip out of country to China. The last thing I wanted was a problem or delay with the Visa. I provided my personal information Visa Passport Pro and received a prompt acknowledgement. I received regular progress updates and then received my Chinese Visa delivered as promised. Just like that. I would heartily recommend Visa Passport Pro to friends and family. My trip went as anticipated and it was a wonderful adventure.

I'm not sure I could have gotten all the paperwork together correctly without Visa Passport Pro. It is a confusing process to get a passport. And I am sure that one incorrect thing marked or sent and it is weeks of delay. I got my part of the process done and the passport was back within a very short time. In the future I wouldn't do this by myself at all. I'd go back to Visa Passport Pro.

I had an issue with the copy of my birth certificate that I submitted and was sure that once I got the corrected copy sent in my passport would be delayed but my Husband would receive his in time for our trip....but much to my surprise... mine arrived right along with my husbands..Scott was extremely informative and help during the entire process

Lost my documents and tried to blame me for their screw up! I will be disputing all the charges with my credit card company.

I would recommend Visa Passport Pro to a friend, and in general was satisfied with the delivery of my passport other than a couple of small things. The first gentleman who helped me sounded rushed and spoke quickly as he went through the instructions. He almost seemed bothered when I asked him to repeat the instructions. When I didn't receive my follow up email right away, I called back and was told that it may have gone into my spam file and indeed, it had. That was a bit stressful not to see that email for a few hours. The 2nd gentleman I talked with was more clear, and more helpful. My passport did arrive when I was told it would, and it was a relief to receive it on time. It was during a busy time of year (the week before Christmas) and the weather was bad all over the country, so I wasn't sure I would get it in time. I liked that I could track the progress of my passport, and see when it had left each location.
