Do not use them

Do not use them! They're scammers, I've reported them to the police. I bought a subscription on 3/23 and it's still pending! 2 months later!! They charged my card and refuse to provide either the service or the refund. Numerous messages to the support got no response. Stay away!!!

Terrible product, no customer service.

I use my server for work and haven't been able to connect to it for a month. The company doesn't respond to any support tickets, even those that I agree to pay for to escalate. Luckily I don't have anything on that computer that isn't backed up, so I'm cancelling the service. If you value your data and a reliable server, don't go with this company.

Do not use their service

Do not use their service. Customer Service is poor. Server is not stable. 2 years ago, the tickets will be replied very quick. But now, if you want to resolve a problem, you cannot get any reply from them.

It was good, but no longer now

I started using VirMach since 2017, I got a very cheap server and used it for my blog. It was good at that time, and I even got some credits back due to a network incident. My server was upgraded to KVM for free and the renew price remained the same. However, things started to change in 2022, VirMach started to expand their services to Japan location, and the price was very cheap. That was too cheap, like almost impossible. Too many people bought their services, but they couldn't delivery as promised. Then there were many people complaining, flooding tickets into their system. Now they are still running, servers are usable, but almost no support. Requests for IPv6 were left unprocessed for more than a year. People should avoid buying their services now.

"My experience with Virmach has been incredibly frustrating. For over a month, I've been unable to access my website and cPanel, despite numerous support tickets I've submitted. What's even more disappointing is that I resorted to using their emergency ticket service, which comes at an extra cost of $15, yet still received no response. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a web hosting company."

Possible scam!

I bought a cheap service from them and paid the money. The service status is "pending" for days. I sent them tickets, but it seems that no one is there to answer. I suspect that this is a scam and there's no service, no staff on the other side.

Nightmare to contact the Technical Support

It is very difficult to contact their technical support. After putting a ticket, you may have to wait days and days. Also, as many company do today, they have AI. You can chat with their AI that will not solve your problem. No phone number. No email address.

It's been 1 week since I made payment…

It's been 1 week since I made payment for the vps service but they still haven't activated my service and also even though I am not using the service i am still being charged for it.
I have created a ticket regarding this but no use. I think I have been scammed and looted.

VPS had a long outage for 2+ months

VPS had a long outage for 2+ months, fixed two weeks ago, and outage again today. Also bought a shared hosting plan, 7 days and still in pending status. Tickets NEVER work too. No one responds, only AI bots, providing useless answers.

More than two months down time

More than two months down time. Cannot update ticket because they block updates. Only responses are AI. Last response 12/31/2023. Today I find that the server that hosts my service is actually up enough to host web-mail login pages and a default page related to "Control Panel" and suggesting to contact the webmaster at the server (lax2z017). This is an aggregious violation of their SLA. When I login to my Virmach account, I can click the open cpanel link, and it times out with a message to contact support, but if I do make multiple support tickets they close ALL of them (based on past experience, and I can prove this via my account message history). They say they provide refunds for down time, but I have no idea how to do this because it seems to be via the ticket system and numerous attempts at using the system seem to make it VERY difficult or impossible to actually learn how to contact a human. Now I also just found out that someone else has control of where the NS records for my domain point! The name server DNS records have been changed to cloudflare servers, and because I do not have access to the control panel, I cannot access DNS settings, and they now point to some gambling web site. ICANN shows I still own the domain because it still lists the date I bought the domain, but with NS settings wrong I cannot use it.

They are scamming

Terrible support from Virmach
I bought a server for 3 months
The server goes down three to six times every month
Server uptime is below 20%
They don't answer the tickets
The servers were down for 1 week this month and they do not post anything in the network status page and do not notify the customer.
I have a client on my server and this site is officially scamming people, please take care of it
They are scamming with this work!!!
