The management of counterfeit products is very bad. For the exact same case, sometimes you are reimbursed (after many discussions...), and sometimes you are not and you must send back the product and pay for that.
However, law sanctions you if you are shipping counterfeit product, meaning that you cannot send back the product in fact.

I love vinted , it’s nice to buying and sale not expensive things

there are so many people selling counterfeit items. buying products from ebay for 20 pounds and selling for 70+? when i report nothing gets done because they don’t actually look at things. it’s all bots that run them. people get banned constantly for absolute no reason, they never fix it or actually properly look at it they just say they do. i’ve had an order that the person never picked u for 4 weeks and the payment return hasn’t even been sorted. they said they’d contact me in a few days and it’s been 2 weeks. it’s just awful for sellers and their support is horrendous and needs serious work.

VINTED IS A DISGRACE AND OFFERS NO HELP TO SELLERS. I SOLD A LENS AND THE BUYER SCAMMED ME AND VINTED WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP ME. AVOID VINTED AND ANY BUYER IN FRANCE THEY ARE ALL SCUMBAG SCAMMERS.

I had a great experience with this company. The process was smooth and easy, the service was quick, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The team was helpful and professional throughout. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

I've had a parcel delivered from Everi which I purchased from Vinted on arrival it's was damaged through the mis-handling from the delivery courier service. I put in I had a issue with the item and vinted said work it out with the seller. Firstly the seller said it was a courier issue as when it left her the item was intacted.
Then see offered me a refund but only if I pay for the return postage of £6 which I was happy with as this issue was not caused by me.. So I contacted vinted who said that in there terms and conditions it's states that the buyer is responsibility to return the item.. I feel agreivef because this issue is not my fault and now I'm out of pocket very poor platform with no rights to buyers.. So what do we pay that insurance for.

I received the wrong size, and while the return was free, it was a hassle to drop it off.

My experience has been mixed. I tend to buy more than I sell. I’ve managed to make one sale, but many people make very low offers. Even with good quality items at a fair price, I find that it can sometimes be difficult to sell.

Vinted is very nice platform to sell and clean up your dressing and continue their service and pleasure to other person. It is very instictive and easy to use. The only thing I don't like is Revolut publicity, which is Russian owner, a son of a russian oligarch, so check your sponsors. It is vilain organisation, when the roots are descendants of Russia gouvernement. From a Vinted ex-communist country like Lituanie, I didn't expect that. Even if I see everywhere now you can see publicity on delivery label, too. Please don't lose our trust. Don't go completely the capitalist way, please. Thank you
