Very good business experience and fun as well.

Sent an item but the courier couldn't find the address so I have been waiting for it's return. I'm told this can take up to 60 day. It's been 25 days so far and my item is still tracked to the same location. Hasn't moved in 25 days. It's ridiculous. The system is broken and all the rules favour the courier and they are cowboys. Customer service is also slow impersonal as they read from a script and unhelpful.

I’m doing a house clearance and was going to take everything to charity but I thought I’d give Vinted a go. Everything is easy the only thing I would say is people want everything for nothing but I’ve made quite a bit money that I wouldn’t have had so definitely worth giving it a go…I

Just started using Vinted to do a massive clear out and I’m really enjoying the experience . I find the platform very easy to navigate and have had no difficulties at all .

The Vinted fee is disproportionate and too high and should not be pay. I d add a 1% no more.

I have found it super easy and quick to use.

Unable to get a person to review my case with comman sense and compassion. As a person with hidden disabilities I used Vinted on a regular basis and am now unable to either due to AI bots or script lead reply’s.

I’ve been selling goods on Vinted for a few years now and had a few problems like buyers not collecting goods or saying they didn’t receive them (if u use Royal Mail) but most buyers are honest and just looking for a bargain.tip:only use parcel shop. Collection as they have to pick goods up and yr parcel will be returned to u if they don’t collect.lately however I have encountered a lot of problems with their site as follows:
1) not being able to gain access to my account for a few weeks
2) being banned for no reason
3) saying they frozen my account for breaching their rules (that was after I just reduced prices to sell them quicker lol)
4) the latest problem: sellers cannot track their goods goods sent or print labels (I have therefore put my account on holiday mode until they sort it out)
5)they have no proper customer service and u get a lot of computer generated replies which is very trusting when u are trying to sort an issue out.
5) be careful about buying designer goods like bags and purses( most are snides from turkey unless they r rock bottem prices and yr happy with a snide).sadly the site seems to have encountered a lot of problems as it was once a fantastic site.hopefully they can sort the issues out , ditch robot replies as it’s otherwise a great way to sell goods for a little extra cash

Do not buy from this app. I bought an expensive item and was never delivered. I numerously complained about this before time ran out and transaction automatically completes and they practically said they can’t do anything. I waited a month for the product and they gave my money to the seller saying nothing can be done. I had to get my bank involved which they confirmed this is a scam.

Vinted cancelled the item saying the seller hadn’t sent it. The item arrived, I received a refund. I contacted the seller to return the refund. She sent insulting messages calling me a scammer and left a bad review. Vinted have no customer service, just AI. So now I have a 1 star review and I haven’t done anything wrong.

They use a delivery company that isn’t good, another order I received broken. I sent photos, they wanted more photos, I gave up.

One order was OK but 1/3 orders going smoothly is not good.

EBay is so much better.

absolutely filled with scammers and the vinted customer service is absolutely useless.

I only ever list authentic products with their original labels, yet they constantly ban me for a week at a time. Meanwhile, around 80% of the items on the app are fake, and the listings for counterfeit products are still there.
Some people might not believe me, but whenever I contact them to tell them that I’ve been banned unfairly, they take more than a month to reply — only to apologise and confirm that the product I listed is actually authentic ...

Stagnant company thats quickly loosing user trust. Buyers having to pay to return items that arrive broken when Vinted is not a small business anymore and has partnerships with shipping companies that could easily facilitate free return labels (similar to ebays returns process), if they gave a monkeys chuff about their dwindling customer base! Eg, I had to open a dispute because Evri broke an item in a bundle, the seller offered a partial refund, Vinted insisted I send the whole parcel back out of my own pocket and the seller give a full refund. Stiff, robotic customer service escalates frustration instead of de-escalating. The shipping situation for sellers and buyers is poor, sellers being out of pocket when posting due to shipping labels not being adequate, not being able to send door to door for disabled or more rural sellers. It could be a great platform, instead automated rigid customer service scripts and inadequate shipping/return rules are ruining it. Their popularity grew massively but the company doesnt seem to be able to grow with it.

Really great experience with Vinted! The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free. Everything was exactly as described, communication was excellent, and the item arrived safely and well packaged. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely use Vinted again. Highly recommend!

I have listed £150 item for my dad and buyer wasn't he happy I requested for return they didn't return the item I was waiting for vinted to help me they refunded the money to buyer I'm really disappointed my dad got angry 😡 nevsr trust on vinted

Been going on for years now and vinted not interested in fixing the issue which says a lot about their website design and security which is obviously flawed and vulnerable…..

Terrible for sellers. Inpost lost my parcel and vinted compensated the buyer. Left me with no dress and no money. Terrible company
