Rented three NX500s for two days, and everything was brilliant right from the start! The WhatsApp communication was spot on, and the service for both picking up and dropping off the bikes was really good. Plus, the deposit came back instantly. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional yet super friendly experience!

Great rental place. Relaxed, good motors, good information, nice staff and everything is clean, good contracts and no hassles. Only thing that could be a little bit better was the tyre maintenance. My motor had quite a worn tyre which I even felt slipping twice in wet conditions, whilst the motor of my brother had a new one (both motors had the same amount of kilometers registered). Didn’t bother me that much, but that’s the -1 star. Otherwise 5 star experience!

Recently hired a R nineT for 4 days. Bike was ready and waiting on our arrival. Simple straight forward process. Very helpful and friendly. The booking process was easy.

It was easy to review the bikes available and make the booking on line. The Transalp was faultless and had a top box which held two helmets. Friendly staff, I would recommend Vintage Motors.

One of the greatest days on majorca was the day trip with a nice Vespa. Wonderfull experience!!! Nice service, all languages and a good offer.

We had a scooter booked with a confirmation from the company. We showed up to pick up the scooter at the time and date we booked for only for them to tell us that there was a problem with their system which changed our reservation date to the day we made the booking (they acknowledged that the problem was due to their system). So we had no scooter for the four days that we had booked it for.

We booked excursions prior knowing that we had a scooter reserved that we were not able to go to because of the company’s failure. They offered no real solutions (they offered a quad which was a joke because we weren’t able to go on expressways with it so we couldn’t get to where we needed to go + it was much more expensive, weaker and slower). They refused to offer compensation for the extra charges we had to incur because of THEIR failure, took AGES to reply and when they finally did after some chasing on our side and were very rude about it.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

RUINED MY SUMMER VACATION!!! I had a confirmed reservation made 3 weeks before arrival to Mallorca, but when I came to Vitage Motors to receive my bike for the week it turned out that there was "system error" and my reservation was changed even though I never received anything but their email confirmation.
Even though the stuff acknowledged that is not our mistake their only excuse was that "it never happened before" and they cannot do anything. The only replacement they could find us was a toy ATV located 30min outside of the city center (that was 3x more expensive than the scooter was supposed to be, couldn't go on highway and was unable to go uphill on the road with 2 people).
We ended up without a transport at all, because everything in Palma was already booked and the cars were ridiculously expensive.
Finally:
- We had to pay 85 EUR for one day rental of the recommended toy ATV
- We had to cancel our unrefundable excursions 320€
- Our one week vacation got RUINED because we couldn't do most of the things we planned to do.
The owner REFUSED to help us in any other way than giving us phone number to other rental, so we were supposed to do everything by ourselves.
I'd expect at least that they would find us alternative for transport that is at least equivalent and for the same price, but they refuse to do anything and they take no further responsibility!
SUMMER VACATION RUINED without a single, the smallest mistake from my side!!!
