My first order was delayed but after contacting company I did receive my package. Everything was good.
My second order included jogging bottoms and "mystery box", here the issues start. Jogging bottoms came all covered in stains like them were used before, mystery box never came. Of course I received email that package has been delivered.
I contacted vintage club and need told that they will sort it out. They never did. I contacted them few more times just to be ignored.
My question is: how company operating this way is still existing?

Charged for item, never received it, no replies to emails.

WARNING - Do not buy from this Company, they are fraudsters. Made a purchase, item was unwearable due to size, even though I had ordered the correct size. Advised them that I need to return, there return request had many guide lines, if not followed it will be rejected. Followed all guidelines to the tee. Sent items back on next day tracking.....advised them of return and then even sent POD to show return. Still no reply or refund, waited 2 weeks emailed again......still no reply or refund, they have basically stolen my money and kept the order. Also you can purchase similar items from Vinted for allot less and better condition.....PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - WARNING

Ordered a mystery box for £50 on the 06/03/26. Still not arrived. Sent half a dozen emails and no replies. No phone number to speak to anyone. Scammed!!

This is a completely fake company. Please do not use. I ordered a top from these scammers who replied to say "We will speak to warehouse don't worry" after 4 weeks then asking to cancel and refund me....Silence.

Thankfully, I had paid on a credit card and they managed to refund me on their side.

Please avoid using this company. (Update as of 10/04 when order was 20/02 - They have updated nothing as they are fake and had no intention of sending or updating)

Update 13/05 - They have tried and failed to dispute my refund and my Credit Card has backed me. Surprise Surprise, this shop has now shut down. Good Riddance!

Ordered some mystery boxes, spent over £100, nothing. Recieved a confirmation email saying they have processed and packed my items for dispatch...and then nothing. Reached out to them and got a automated email response..then nothing.
Luckily for my stupidity for purchasing from these *SCAMMERS* I had payed through PayPal so I opened a case and received a full refund through PayPal.
I just feel sorry for all the others who have lost money or received garbage items.

Bought a mystery bundle- received 3 poor quality items- no where near value if £50 box. One of the zips was broken. Contacted to return multiple times no response- sent items back tracked. Nothing- no refund and I don’t have the items. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely awful they do not reply to emails and there is no telephone number. I ordered an England shirt on 18th Feb it was dispatched on 23rd Feb nothing more on the tracking. I have emailed countless times get a reply they will look into it and then nothing. My money has been taken I have asked for refund and no one replies to the emails it is very frustrating. So please beware if you are looking at using this company

AVOID — I purchased some retro England shirts on February 10th for a friends birthday, but it’s now April 6th and still absolutely no sign of them … The so called ‘customer service’ team responded once to my follow up enquires, but still can’t tell me where my items are and now not responding, and you can’t contact the company by phone therefore email/Instagram the only modes of communication. If you want to buy something and importantly receive it, I would get your stuff elsewhere if I were you!

Would not let me do a no star review. Ordered item 28th February and still not received it 5th April. Very poor service. Do not respond to emails

I returned my product in January as it was too small and wanted a bigger size. Vintage club told me that the bigger size was out of stock, since then Vintage club have responded saying how sorry they are and will get it sorted asap. They never have, no they have stopped responding after months of trying to get it sorted, never received a refund or an option to buy another product in a different size. Terrible customer service, they still have my money and the top I returned and have never been back in touch with a refund or an option to buy another top for the same price. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. Absolute scam artists.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM: I WAS SCAMMED

I ordered clothes worth of £119.98 in December 2025 and up till now April 3, 2026, I am yet to receive the items.

I contacted the company via the app and the company confirmed that the items were indeed not delivered. I asked for the refund of my money when I got tired of waiting in February 2026, and was told that my refund request was being processed.

Since then, my emails were not responded to anymore and the company has no telephone number to contact them with.

No Delivery made and No Refund processed for me.

As it is right now, I have been SCAMMED !!!!

Ordered a Carhartt jacket Dec 2025, still to receive the item. Been charged over £100.00.

Numerous emails sent regarding a refund, all of which ignored. Totally ridiculous.

The owner & operator of the company can be found via Companies House.

I contacted him direct as I was having no response from his apparent "customer support team" and he was useless, claiming to no longer be with the company (which is lies) & that its nothing to do with him.

They are a scam company. He's a scam artist.

I wish I had checked the reviews prior to purchasing. I had purchased a box for reselling with 50 items in it. Got in touch prior to say fo not include female clothing as I resell menswear. Confirmed by customer services that this is noted.

Box arrived and I was alarmed.

I only went through the first 16 items as was disgusted as the poor quality, smell and sizing - the first three items looked like they had been picked up from the lost and found at a festival.

The next four items had shrunk beyond belief and then came the adidas jacket with just three letters showing on the front. The other items had peeled off!

Got in touch with customer services that day and they said I could not get my money back only a replacement or credit. Since then I have contacted the company 8 times and had no response whatsoever.

I am now in the process of dealing with Trading Standards, Citizens Advice Bureau and may have to go down the root of calling the police in their area to highlight theft. This will be a long process to get my money back however I’m prepared to wait.

Please do not buy from this scamming company. I have contacted the BBC’s show ‘Fraud Squad’ as well as ‘Watchdog’ as this company needs to be exposed.

I placed an order for a Carhartt jacket on 3rd March as a birthday gift for my son. The advertised delivery time was 7–10 business days, however the item has still not arrived well beyond that timeframe.
I have sent multiple emails to customer service but have received no response whatsoever, which is extremely disappointing. I have also attempted to track the order via the Shop app, but the status simply shows “waiting for details,” providing no useful information.
At this stage, I have no clarity on where the item is or if it has even been dispatched. The lack of communication and transparency is very concerning.
I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this issue, either through an update on delivery or a full refund.

Purchased a carhartt jacket worth £99.99 on 01/03/26. After 7-10 working days, I sent emails and messages on instagram requesting an update on my order. I was initially receiving holding messages with no meaningful update. It’s now 30/03/26 and I still have received the item and they have completely stopped responding to my emails and messages. I am now having to dispute this order through my bank… I would not recommend shopping here.

Absolutely awful Company. Have had my money and not sent the exchange which they say they do. Please please do not order anything from them.
