Been 2 months since i ordered and order is still on preparing to dispatch. Can you hurry up and answer my dispute claim pls x

Absolutely terrible.
Made an order on 27th February, expected delivery time was 7-10 days which is fine.
However, on 5th March the order status changed to ‘packaging to dispatch’.
It hadn’t changed by 9th March so I sent a ticket asking for an update on the status, I received an email back advising they would check in with the warehouse and get back to me.
I then chased them on 12th March for an update, received no reply.
I chased again on 16th March, and received no reply again.
I therefore decided to also submit another ticket (as I got a reply from that the last time) on 17th March and received no reply despite the automated message on the ticketing system advising I would receive a response within 2-3 business days.
I have had no updates, replies or even a refund from this company despite receiving no product.
Would never use them again, absolutely shocking that they can’t even provide a reply and are out there basically stealing peoples money. I don’t even know how they are still operating as a business.

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not use this company, I returned an item and after 6 emails sent they still have not returned my money. Even though I sent them proof of recorded delivery.
SCAM!! They should be taken off the internet.

Terrible don’t use them. Misold a pair of fake Levi’s and they had been altered so 3 inches shorter. Can’t get a response out of the company and no refund still

This company is a complete and total scam. Ordered a box and every item was wrong and/or dirty. Their customer service is disgusting. No contact number to speak to anyone about it. Robbing people blind, not a single ounce of conscience. Avoid like the plague. With a bit of luck they will be shut down.

Evri have notified me that the Item has been lost in transit, as per consumer rights, the seller is liable ie. Vintage Club and they have refused, Ordered over 6 weeks and they haven’t replied to either of my follow emails. Avoid like the plague..

I ordered 4 hoodies from here ! I was informed by email they couldn't"find them' in warehouse so I bought others ,a week later 2 of the "missing" items arrived! Ohhh and I wish they hadn't! Truthfully I wouldn't even give these to a charity shop, I should've put them straight in recycling,, as no way would I allow any of mine to wear them nor anyone's kid at mine (not being OCD but they really smelt as though they hadn't been washed or lying dampish and marked !ewwww! I know they're "VINTAGE" and that definitely isn't a posh word for dirty,mouldy,marked,creased more than my great grans skin! And OMG the 2 that arrived were meant to be large,it would've been lucky to fit a 10yr old,so really a small eh VC, the other a levi hoodie (supposed to be black more 2/3 tone black,grey,light n dark,) unclean, it had a horrid foisty, mould smell ,and no charity shop in the world would've put this out on a rack I'd hate to see anyone waste nearly £30 on one of these awful excuses for "vintage clothes" even if they were clean they were creased to the max ,have marks some due to age others im not entirely sure nor want to be yukky! So just a warning the pics of the items I seen on site were in NO WAY what I received !!IN NO SHAPE OR FORM WERE ANYTHING I LOOKED AT, and NO sane person would buy from here if they seen what arrived from there ,so yep Theres a cost of living crisis too and they are aware of this ! BUT if you're a parent please save and put the other £10/20 and buy a new one (sales even)as you really wouldn't allow your child to put any of these on I guarantee it! No way you'd be too worried about sweat patch ,or a mark and honestly I'm not precious,but these were beyond even if I'd washed them and tumbled ,I've seen what they looked like ,,the szg they do🤣and the worn,scuffy bits You'd not even pick it up at a jumble sale for £1 truthfully ,they were actually disgusting! I truly wish they hadn't "found" any of them ,save the money and the headache honestly!!!!👌👍and probably your kids skin too🎉

This has been a nightmare. The clothes are dirty with stains and holes in from cigarette burns,asked repeatedly for a credit note but that has either been ignored or told its only a like for like exchange and ive sent pictures as proof of the poor excuse for vintage clothes. A complete and utter rip off!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered two items that arrived in very poor condition (stains, marks, faded colour, heavily creased). Returned both items the next day, paid for tracked postage, and the company received the return.
Despite this, my refund was not processed. I had to chase repeatedly, provide proof multiple times, and still received no response. Completely unacceptable customer service and a very stressful experience.

I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered my item on the 16th of November, after hearing nothing about delivery I emailed them on the 1st of December, only for them to tell me if got delivered to a completely different postcode.
After telling them that way wrong, they went back on this, and said it was on its way and that email was a "mistake".
Finally on the 10th of December a parcel arrives and it was absolute not what I ordered, I sent them an email with all the information and photos of what I ordered and what arrived and they said they'd look into it.
I've tried to get in contact with them since, with no luck, so I have just started a chargeback on my card.

Update on chargeback : they have responded to my bank, they lied and said I received what I ordered in good condition, absolutely no shame in lying it appears.
Update : won the chargeback 🥳

Awful company. Clothes are not in any way, shape or form quality. The reviews are right, they are smelly, stained and very worn. Company do not want to engage, have tried to send pictures but they do not want to know.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Not only have they sent us the worst clothes I have ever seen but they have also ignored all our attempts to contact them. I drove to the returns address today and it is just an abandoned warehouse at the end of a country lane. Total and utter piss taking wankers who have robbed my mother in law of £100.

Ordered some posters 3 weeks ago. Contacted customer services after one week and they said to be patient and that it will arrive soon. Contacted the following week and got ignored. Just contacted after the 3rd week requesting a refund and i have been ignored so taking it that I have been scammed. My order was £39 so not lots but it was my boyfriends Christmas present and i don’t earn much money so to me it’s a big deal.
This place MUST be shut down as I am now reading these reviews and realise this seems to happen to everyone who orders. Can’t understand how a scamming shop can get away with it like this.

Have theee orders outstanding with this shocking outfit. No help from staff. They just prolong the process of email hoping I’ll just give up asking for a refund. Avoid at all cost. Shocking bordering o. Illegal. I’m now onto trading standards. Do not order drone these It’s a con a scam.

Very disappointed with my mystery box recieved today! Tatty, ragged, ripped stained and worn out items -far from “vintage”. I stupidly didn’t check reviews for this company before buying as it popped up on my Instagram feed and their website and socials looked so good with quality vintage items shown to be in their boxes. The videos they post on their Instagram page highlights packing their boxes display real vintage item and brands like Yankee north face Nike brightly coloured items in good condition! What I have received looks like something from the dump! Do not waste your money!!!

Placed an order for a mystery box 2 weeks ago I tried to cancel the order literally 1 hour after purchasing it it took almost 1 day for a reply only for them to ask why I wanted to cancel so I told them then another day later only to be told I can’t cancel as it’s been shipped now 2 weeks later still nothing even though it was supposedly shipped by RoyalMail. Appalling customer service and reading other reviews wish I had looked this company up first DO NOT order from this scam company if I could give 0 stars I would now I have to fight to get my money back .

Do not buy from this company. Be warned. I purchased a jacket on the 11th sept. Nothing has arrived. I have mailed them numerous times. No ownership and will not refund my 79 pounds. I paid via clear pay so I don’t understand how clear pay are allowing this company to steal.

Absolutely awful experience. Sent my package to the wrong address and once they realised it was their mistake they stopped replying to me all together. Refused to refund me or offer any support at all. Would not recommend at all.

I wish I could give negative stars. Not only did I never receive my items, I requested a refund and a cancellation back in June. It’s now the end of September and I have received no refund and I am STILL being charged monthly for absolutely nothing. I’ve never received a single product from this company but I am still being charged.
