December 2023 my husband and I went to the Avalon/Alpharetta location and returned an item which was a Christmas gift. We were given a gift card for the value of the item. We purchased 2 more items which left a balance of $61.65, which we have both receipts, 1) receipt for full amount of the gift card
2) receipt for purchase used towards gift card
Unfortunately, we have misplaced the gift card. We proceed to call, go to the store and treated very poorly by the manager of the store. We called main headquarter and explained the situation and no one would help us. In today's digital world with the advances with technology they could not, more like would not replace the card. Please note, we have both receipts.

Pattie Strong is an exemplary Manager at the Las Vegas store. I had searched online but was unable to find a specific t-shirt. Because some t-shirts are exclusive to individual stores, I decided to call the store. Pattie answered and found the exact shirt in the size I needed for a Christmas gift, and had it in her hand, while on the phone. What were the odds of that? 😉. She simplified the process for getting it shipped to Florida, with complete follow through. It was seemingly face to face in a virtual world transaction.

I sent e- mail and within hours had response along with phone number to call. I called and spoke to a LIVE person! If I did not have to pick a star it would be blank. I ordered a pair if Leather flip flops for my son's birthday in June. He went on vacation 2 weeks ago and while he was waking the strap on the sandal broke!!! I spent $98 based upon your products being guaranteed. There is a major error with their checkout system. I go to the basket with two items costing £30 each and the checkout comes to £100. So always be double checking before you pay!!!
Never Processed Refund and Would Not Answer Emails
I bought a Long-Sleeve Linen Henley that was poor quality and a terrible fit upon receipt. I initiated a return, dropped it in the UPS box within two days of receiving the item, and, 1.5 months later, still hadn't received a refund or any communication about the return. I emailed the company three times; two times, the email bounced back. The third time, I hadn't received a response in 4 days. I used the email they have under Contact Us on their Website. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card.
On-The-Go Weekender Duffle - Buyer Beware
We paid $218 for the On-The-Go Weekender duffle for a gift a few months ago, and after two uses the strap broke. They are saying they can't replace the strap or ship us a replacement as it's no longer in stock - but it's still in stock and available for sale on their website. Not the quality or service we expected from Vineyard Vines. Very disappointing.

First, I have ordered online and in person in the past with no problems. I had to send a Heritage sweater back for a smaller size. The new one came and when opened, the package itself and the sweater smelled so awful, I have a hard time understanding how it could have been sent to a customer. I cannot return, either because it was on sale, or because I had needed a smaller size. Not sure which. No return label will print, which I understand, however, after contacting them through their e-mail, with no response, I am sending the sweater and what it was sent in, at my own expense, back to their customer service. Either someone does not have a sense of smell, or didn't care, and just shipped it out. Thank you.

If you're looking for mediocre quality at a high price, Vineyard Vines is for you. Customer service isn't any help and returns are a nightmare. I returned two items over a month ago and still have not received credit for the items I shipped back. I inquired about my return to customer service and they were absolutely no help at all. A monkey could have done the paperwork in a month but yet, here we are. Pathetic way to run a company.

Poor customer service at this location. Very rude. The manager needs to how to talk to people politely and not assume just because I’m Asian and think I’m cheap. Yes she gave my family attitude bc we return 2 items for our son with tags on and not worn. She spoke down to me and my wife is Caucasian and gave her back bc the manager spoke down to me. Then the second time we came in and she said oh hey it’s you guys welcome back. This store is not all that drive a little more to Easton and given better service and employee not following you. Oh and hey I called corporate just to let them know and they said a district manager would call back in 24 hours and been 3 weeks plus. No regards to customer. I also found out that they put a block on my military discount as well. Customers be ware. Not luxury retail store.

I purchased a sweatshirt as a Christmas present. After being worn once and washing on delicate the shoulder seam came out of the wash and was all apart. I immediately contacted customer service who provided me a return label. It is a month later and they are stating the return has not been received. It is not my fault it is lost. The refuse to do anything until they receive the sweatshirt. I have provided pictures as evidence. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint
