I bought my niece this Vincero brand watch because of its quality and beauty. It made the perfect graduation gift from law school where she will be supporting people and providing service to others during a difficult time in their lives. Vincero means " I Will Win!" This is empowering for anyone going into their day, fighting for a goal, or coming back from some personal obstacle. Thank you for an amazing product. I plan on giving this watch to others.

Vincero is an incredible company! I have bought three watches from them already as well as gifted watches and more recently a wallet to people who are close to me. The quality and detail Vincero sets it self to is amazing and nothing less than that. If you want to be apart of a company who has a goal to inspire you and push your confidence, the Vincero Collective is the place to be!

These are now my go to sunglasses! I love the styling but it's the lenses that have me most enamored. I have several pairs of Ray-Bans and some hi-tech sport sunglasses that are good but there is something about these that is a cut above those. When I put them on, it's like my eyes are getting a breath of fresh air or a cold drink of water on a hot day. Frames are also top notch and very comfortable. This is a 5-star product in every way.

I should add that the ordering and shipping process was also great. Easy and fast.

Bought the first watch produced from Vincero when they first set up, the Italian marble, which was and still is a beautiful watch but just purchased the Reserve Automatic, wow the pictures do not do it justice, the quality is excellent , well engineered and the look is stunning. Another fantastic product from Vincero

I looked at the Reverse Automatic for a while and finally pulled the trigger on it.
The watch arrived exactly as advertised and I couldn't be happier with it. It looks great and I've been getting compliments on it everywhere I go.
I did message this company via the chat on their website to ask a question and they responded very promptly so 5 stars for customer service.
They have a very good warranty and returns policy also so that did give me a little extra confidence while purchasing my first watch online.

I really love Vincero Collective, both their products and their people. First of all, I am totally addicted to their watch and sunglasses lines. I find that their products are very attractive and functional. I always feel like I am getting such a high quality product at such tremendous prices. I have not received one item that I haven't been totally pleased with getting. I own 6 watches and have one on the way. I have 4 pair of sunglasses and have 2 new pair on the way. I own a landscaping company and I use these items every day since I work outside all day, every day. The sunglasses protect my eyes from the bright sun and the watches keep me working my crew on time. So, in addition to being totally functional, I feel very stylish at work. Finally, the people running this company are phenomenal. Every person that I have dealt with has done everything possible to see to my needs and always give 100% to please me. I just hope that they keep developing new products in the future because I know that I will continue purchasing their great products. If you haven't tried Vincero Collective yet, it's time that you do. I guarantee that you will love their work as much as I do!!

I love this watch! I get a lot of compliments and some have said "nice Rolex". But tell them it's better, it's a Vincero!

Great price for quality and style

I love my new watch so much and it is very reliable and comfortable to wear. If I have any misfortunes with it I will happily purchase another watch from this company.

It's an absolutely pathetic company. My order was placed on 2 June and no email with the tracking so i emailed them yet no response, approached them on Instagram, and replied with the tracking Link however still no email with the tracking details of the order being dispatched note. Then i contacted them on Instagram to see what was going on with the order as the tracking link didn't show anything other than the label had been created so i decided not to wait further as it had been more than their promised time so decided to cancel this order. Basically, it's a scam and a pathetic company, you can't reach them, so I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I was blown away with the service I got. We discussed a problem I had and within days they have sent a replacement. These days it is such a rarity to get fast efficient service

Purchased a watch and bracelet for my husband for his birthday. Ordered a gift bag as well which was convenient.

Gave it to him yesterday and he loved it! He wanted a different bracelet but Vincero is helping him exchange that to a different color.

Overall, great gifting experience.

I purchased three items (in two transactions) and returned all three. To date they have not refunded two of the items, even though I have proof of return to them via USPS.
AND, the telephone number is bogus-it hangs-up on you immediately after you dial it ;(!!
I'm working with my bank to report them for fraud. BEWARE!!!

First off, I love the face of the Reserve Automatics! The Reserve Blue/Silver's face would be more distinguishable from the Reserve White/Silver if: 1) the hour markers had a blue outline, and 2) the minute and hour hands were blue like the sweep/second hand. Now, let's talk about the strap. Adjusting the strap was quite frustrating, as I had to disassemble the buckle every time I needed to re-adjust the buckle's position. I ended-up accidentally bending one of the pins while adjusting the strap; fortunately, I have a ton of spare pins, and tools to help me with fixing and adjusting watches; but, I imagine not everyone has pins and watch tools readily available.

Had the bag for almost a year and liked it. Then the handle and strap stitching came apart. I was hopeful that their lifetime guarantee would cover what was clearly poor craftsmanship, but nope. They said that it was normal wear and tear.

I’m amazed by their customer service. Few days ago I bought a pair of sunglasses from them and it was a little defective. When I told them about it, no questions asked they just sent me a new pair immediately. Their product quality is topnotch. Now I know where to visit when I need something. I wish all the very best to Vincero. Truly delighted.

I recently bought a watch from the Rogue Collection and it was a lovely watch upon arrival and it came set up with everything I needed to make sure it was all up and running.
Would highly recommend.

My Altitude Cobalt watch is stunning!! Simply beautiful. Very stylish and it has a unique and distinctive quality to it. This is my second Vincero watch and I am super happy with both. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Vincero.
