Wine ordered in good time for Christmas, it's now December 29th and I've not received it yet, nor had any delivery updates, nor any response from Vinatis! Really not happy.

I have been placing orders with Vinatis.es for 4 years. Now I ordered wine and Vinatis says it has been delivered. I have already sent many emails, but unfortunately, I get very late or no response. They indicate that it was delivered on Tuesday, November 11. That is very strange because we are closed on Monday and Tuesday. There is a signature, but it is not ours, and our citizen service number was not requested, which should be done so you know who received the package. It is quite an expensive wine, and I don’t know what else I should do to get the wine delivered or get my money back. You cannot reach them by phone and they do NOT respond to my email. Very poor experience, better not place any more orders if they don’t improve their communication!

A delightful company with a wide range of wines at a range of prices, all very competitive. Very fast and safe transport with regular drivers. Very well package and always identified adequately. Any issues or concerns answered quickly by email or telephone with promptness and politeness. I have not found a better supplier.

I have always loved French wines. Spending a lot of time in Spain, I had found it difficult to find these wines in the shops. Found Vinatis on Google, and now order my wines through them. Service is excellent and wine always arrives with a few days.

I have ordered from Vinatis quite often because although local Spanish wines are wonderful, I particularly enjoy Alsatian white wines. And there is nearly always something on offer which means that prices can often be attractive. I always place my order on Friday which means it is collated on the following Monday or Tuesday and I receive it Thursday or Friday. I prefer that the wine is not sitting with the courier over the weekend, especially during the very hot days of high summer. Lastly, I find the website easy to use

I ordered 12 bottles of wine as I had company arriving! Ordered 10 days before - paid for 3-5 business days! Order was never received and I had to write 3 times before something was done! I did get my money back but I was super disappointed! And normally I live Vinatis and their Miraval Studio! SAD!

Up to now I have had excellent service from Vinatis so this is aimed not at them, but at the delivery. I regularly order about 5 cases of wine - occasionally I have had an issue with a few wrong bottles or a breakage but Vinatis have been quick to sort it out and offer recompense. This time my last order was 30 bottles of Chablis. I was told it would be delivered on a certain day within the forecast timeframe- but then nothing- it disappeared off the SEUR app as not delivered and destination closed. The app
Said it would be delivered the next day - nothing. At this stage I have to say we are never out and have cameras operating. I waited for an update - nothing - i contacted Vinatis asking them for help but did not receive any acknowledgement or reply- I contacted Seur and posted a complaint for delay. The app didn’t give me any information as to where or what had happened to
My delivery- I had spent over €500 on this wine. App then said it was out for delivery again but again not delivered and destination closed! I again contacted Vinatis but received no reply- and then on Friday last I suddenly got a phone call from a delivery man saying he was outside the house and no one was in. I told him my husband was in and asked him to wait and phoned my husband who went out and the man was extremely surly. Usually I have never had a problem with Seur but this whole debacle has put me off ordering from Vinatis again to
The extent I have gone to a local wine warehouse and negotiated a discount for my Chablis. Extremely disappointed not to have had any feedback or support from Vinatis and such a diabolical service from Seur when I have always had an excellent relationship with the drivers - presumably they have lost some good drivers because the man was so rude to my husband and whilst I appreciate it was not the fault

Delivery smashed .... emailed Vinatis 8 times .... no response ..... contacted vis website 5 times .... no response! ..... so, no wine for Christmas ..... not even a comment! Very disappointed!
