this is a complaint about the ridiculously unprofessionsl and rude behaviour of the staff member Alexis, soi-disant supervisor at Vilanova Obramat store, occurred on the 12th of April 2026 at 14:55 hour.

I was waiting since a few minutes at the special section for key copies. At 14:55 one Mr.Alexis arrived, asked me briskly what was the purpose of my staying.

I told him I needed a copy of one key from my key set. Whilst watching at his keys panel and turrning his shoulders to me, this man had the guts to tell me: “ Mire, Ud teniais tiempo de venir aquì desde las nueve de la mañana y viene ahora?”.

I reminded it was exactly 14:55 and, according to their official opening hours, he still had five minutes to do the job - a simple job indeed.

He insisted with his rude attitude snappying at me polemically on the same subject for a few more exchanges!

I firmly told him he was NOT acting professionally, there was still five minutes to go, either he does the copy or not.

He finally told me, with a smug smirk, he had no copies of that model of key to reproduce. He appeared satisfied to treat clients in that poor manner and sending them away with no product.

I told him if he doesn't wish to work properly he’d better go home to sleep. The whole store was watching us squabbling.

I am a regular client of Obramat. First time I encounter such a bad attitude. This young man have no manners and he is serving his company in a negative way. If one is not happy of his job he should quit.

We bought a generator from this store. It has been and continues to be a nightmare experience. We travelled 6 hours round trip to pick up the generator. It started but failed to produce power. Another six hour trip to be told we could not get our money refunded. Six weeks later they reported they had repaired the defective generator. Third six hour round trip to pick up the generator. Beggers belief but the generator now does not start. They are now expecting us to return again and engage in another 12 hours of driving. Pick up the machine and return our money.

No utilicen su servicio de reparto, son pésimos. Me entregaron un pedido de madera completamente equivocado. Ahora se niegan a recogerlo y a entregarme el pedido correcto o a reembolsarme el dinero. Un servicio verdaderamente deplorable, fruto de la incompetencia y la avaricia. not use their delivery, they are useless. Delivered a completely wrong timber order to my address. Now they refuse to collect it and deliver correct order or refund. Truely disgusting service, driven by incompetenced and greed.

Very, very poor service or NO service at all in this shop. Bought a Mytronic Dolphin pool robot type TRX4 in 2023 and with 3 years of service still in guarantee.
Having a problem, robot not working properly i went to this shop but they where totally NOT INTERESTED HELPING ME, they said you have to go to internet and fill out a form.
I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF WANKERS.
They where very, very unpolite and not interested at all, So if you need a poolrobot, be sure NOT GOING TO THIS SH#T SHOP.

Totally useless, do not go there
I ordered items on line to be delivered to my home.
The order was accepted
The money was taken from my bank account
The items were never delivered
This company steals your money
Do not use them

The store was great. When I came, lots of staff came over and helped me.

I purchased double glazed patio doors to install as a room divider. The order was delivered today. I asked the delivery driver if he had a co-worker to help unload the large doors. No, it will be easy. Yes, easy if I helped him! I am 75. Once he got the pallet truck to my garage it proved absolutely impossible for me to lift it with him. He put it against the wall and drove off leaving me to struggle and I mean struggle to get it into the garage and secure. I was charged €67 for this service. Disgraceful especially as he rushed off with an empty truck. I went to Obramart in Finestrat and it was like talking to a brick wall. I wanted the order cancelled and returned/COLLECTED."OH, NO YOU CAN'T. YOU HAVE TO BRING IT BACK YOURSELF TO THE STORE. Adios, have a nice weekend. Back to Leroy Merlin for me.
