This is a great! product and the service team is ultra responsive! I was able to get support over a holiday weekend and the team fixed my problem ASAP.

Tried using VideoByte DVD ripping software to rip 12 DVDs, but found that approx 1/2 could not be read by the application or the ripped file would only grab half of the file that was on the DVD (so if the episode was 22 min in length, the ripped file would only grab the first 11 minutes). Tried using a different application and everything worked perfectly.

I therefore requested a refund on the basis of their 30-day money back garantee. After 6 weeks of back and forth emails, they eventually asked me to resintall a new version. No thank you. So clearly, their 'money back guaratee' is nonsense and they have no intention of honouring it.

Upgraded to the new VideoByte software apps pack and am happy to state that it really does rock!

Both the Ripper and the Player apps work smoothly and are essential for doing what needs to be done in this arena.

Highly recommended!!

i purchased a subscription for a dvd ripper software they sent me the wrong registration code the code they sent was for blu ray player i contacted the company and they reply was purchased another subscription they scam me out of my money refuse me a refund don't do business with them.videobyte contacted me and will refund my money and give me a 20% discount on dvd ripper i guess it was a misunderstanding i will try the dvd ripper and write a review on trustpilot. i like to thank trustpilot i'm new here and will write other reviews here.

The Support is very good and fast and will answer quickly

My software just stopped working. I emailed VideoByte, they asked me for specific information and in about 24 hours provided a complete solution. When they told me that they would email me at a given time with updates, it always came through. Great customer service!!!

Great tool which works very well with an excellent output. It is the only tool I know which can handle DVD and BluRay in one software.

The Windows version is seriously fast, which is a real bonus since the M2Pro doesn't take advantage of the graphics card. And it would be awesome if they lowered the price and optimized it for the Mac's M-series chips!

Great product, I am putting all my DVDs onto a large SDD and it’s great for that, but the reason for my review is to recognise the fast and efficient support when I needed to move my license to a new PC. I was up and running again in less than 24 hours, great customer support!

After changing my motherboard the software was no more registered.
Entering the last license key was followed by the message that the key was used before.
The videobyte support reactivated the license key - PERFECT!

This is the best Blu Ray player I could find for my computer.

Great and fast support for a great product!

This program is easy to use and works as advertised. You can preview each file before extracting it from your disc. This app is not complicated to use and also allows you to make config settings easily.

1st off, I've bought lifetime membership to all the following: DivX bundle. Their Ripper, which works great, but doesn't do Blu-Ray. Bought all of Vso's software, which was good for converting & copying Dvd's & Blu-ray.
Bought all of Dvd-Fab's software, which I mainly use.
Does great job of ripping dvd's & Blu-Ray, But a few discs here & there, Fabs decryptor didn't work so therefore the ripper wouldn't recognize the BR Disc.
So now I find Video-Byte Blu-Ray/DVD Ripper. Worked Amazingly well.
(I'll explain) I had 4 or 5 disc's that I couldn't Rip with Dvd-Fab, plus Dvd Fabs decryptor just wouldn't work on these discs or the other software I mentioned.
I gave Video-Byte a test drive & amazingly every disc that wouldn't work on the others, worked flawlessly 1st time with Video-Byte Ripper. So bottom line I was happy to run across Vide-Byte.
On top of all that it was unbelievably Fast & The quality of the movies & shows came out Perfect.
I Am A Strong Supporter & Believer of Video-Byte Ripper.
I hope they continue updating it a long the way.
Anyone looking for a Ripper, give VideoByte Ripper a try.
Also they have plenty of videos on their site to show you how easy it all is to Rip.

I bought the DVD ripper software for my old computer a year or two ago, and it worked perfectly for me. I just got a new computer and requested a transfer of the license, and once I found my receipt the vendor was able to do this for me quickly.

I purchased the BluRay/DVD ripper program back in December because I was seeing their add online that this program RIPs ALL DVD & BluRays. I have majority DVD’s and this program in 4 months has failed after 10% on over 20 DVD’s and it is getting worse! I have reached out to customer service, left comments, provided logs, provided pictures, provided the drive I am using and NOTHING. Instead of this program getting better, it is getting WORSE! For what I paid for this program, free rippers do a better job than this program! I cannot recommend and strongly suggest not buying this product as it is false advertisement.
