I cannot recommend VidaXL. Prices are ok but quality is rather poor. Delivery times are unreliable and wrong information is given. Chat not always available. Single furnitures will be shipped in several boxes. Table was damaged and side board was completely broken. No refund for the table (I can use it but it doesn't look nice, although the table itself is nice). Refund for the side board was not possible only replacement. The driver of the courier service didn't want to wait for 5min, so it was dropped at my neighbour and I had to pick it up 3 weeks later (as I was abroad) - had to transport it several KM by myself: weight is 60Kg.....Second sideboard is broken as well - but I gave it up, as it simply takes too long and the damage is not so severe as with the first one. However 50% of the shipment was damaged or broken. Information about delivery times are not correct. I will not order again. Ordine: 39101263214

If I could I'd give this company 10…
If I could I'd give this company 10 stars, I would! I was skeptical and nervous as the reviews were not fantastic and old, I wasn't sure. I ordered 6x chairs and 1x lounge chair. The first package arrived within 2 working days of ordering it! How is that even possible!? I emailed customer service thanking them for the fast delivery and wondering when the rest of the order would arrive and a nice lady responded within a few hours saying they already sent it to their courier and I should receive an email soon. I got that email the next morning saying the package would arrive that afternoon and it did! All items arrived perfectly and they were very careful about the packaging. Extremely easy to assemble. Don't purchase if you don't have the capacity to put a few screws in and follow picture directions.
I will definitely purchase from them again and hopefully have the same amazing customer experience!

Massage chair
Ordered a massage chair. Payment by bank transfer went smoothly and delivery was on time.
The chair required some (simple) assembly. Problem was the instructions: the diagrams were very rudimentary and missed out a key stage. This lead to my assembling and disassembling the chair four times before getting it right. It should have taken around 40 minutes instead assembly took 3 hours. NB: the screws will not go in unless lines up dead straight (which is not easy to do).
Finished chair is ok – although the length of the seat is too short for a normal size adult – your legs hang off the bottom from the calves onwards.

The product is as good as advertised
Our order was a day late due to the courier but customer services answered our emails and helped track our order through 2 countries, from the Netherlands to Italy and when asked they emailed a PDF manual for us too.

Garden furniture too small
Site and delivery ok....could be my lack of the italian knowledge but the garden furniture was a do it yourself package..... Terrible.... But maybe this is to be expected for these prices... The worst thing was the size..... The lounge set is certainly not made fot tall people... If you are under 1.70 i guess its ok, but for me way too small. The cushions are very light and made of cheap materials... I will not buy again at vidaxl
