Bad help service and delivery, they said delivery in 3-7 working days, it passed more than one month and nothing, they cancelled order and said buy again, new price was without discount.... Disaster never more I will buy on their pages

Nightmare to assemble, bad value for money, good customer service
Delivery took longer than advertised. The product was extremely difficult to put together. The components were not labeled at all, not a single one. Components were full of sawdust from the factory, with some 'nice' dings and scratches here and there. One wooden board was bent. The cutouts and screw holes were misaligned. Had to drill a few new holes ourselves. Only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because, miraculously, after a day of furniture assembly hell, the end product turned out to be pretty decent and functional (I was shocked by the fact), but still overpriced for what it is. Stay away from this brand, the product would not be worth the money, even if assembling it wasn't torture.
EDIT:
A very proffessional customer service representative has since contacted me and issued 20% money back. That part was a great experience, and I increased my score to 3 stars. However, it does not make my terrible product experience disappear. I will not be buying any furniture that needs assembly from here ever again.

The picture does not match to what was received. Received item is a cheap knock off of the item in the pictures.
Edit: Was contacted by the customer support, returned the item and got partial refund. Honestly, don't trust them any more.

Don’t do it!
1. Bed arrived in a million tiny, wood pieces
2. The screws were crooked & stripped, which broke the flimsy pieces of wooden as we tried to assemble
3. Submitting a claim was a pain - I was sent a link to upload photos/ videos. The link didn’t work. I finally managed (after 3 tries) to submit 1 photo (of 5) and have not heard back as of yet
4. I also submitted several other claims (same bed) through chat and received an automated response that since I didn’t respond, my claim had been closed….I couldn’t respond with photos because the link was BROKEN - again.
Conclusion: Scam. Flimsy, poor quality & ignorance when trying to return product due to quality issues. Looks like there is ALWAYS a problem with receiving the claim until customer just gives up. Definitely not the way to cultivate repeat customers.
Save your money and purchase elsewhere!

VidaXL is good
Everything went wrong. I asked for issuing the invoice for the company. Service was unfriendly and not willing to help nor offered me a solution for me. This was my last purchase at Vida xl.
After my bad review, vidaXL employee contacted me. All issues were sloved in day or two. Since everything was sloved, I would like to edit and post new review.

Very bad quality but great customer service.
Ordered a bathroom cabinet with a mirror from their site.
Once it arrived, I was surprised to see that the mirror was not attached to the front door from the factory, but rather you need to glue it on with 5 pieces of 3M stickers.
So fearing it might come loose, I took extra precautions to mount it securely.
And wouldn't you know it, a couple of weeks later , after the cabinet was mounted the mirror came crashing down and broke into a million pieces.
And to add insult to injury, when the mirror came loose, it fell on a brand new faucet and sink, scratching the faucet and breaking off a piece of the brand new sink.
So not only do they sell bad quality items, they caused me additional damage to my items in the bathroom.
One more example. Years ago we bought a double bed fro our bedroom and it also got bent out of shape very soon after.
In conclusion, based on my experience I would NOT recommend buying anything from them!
UPDATE:
After being contacted by their customer support, all of this was resolved to my satisfaction. They were courteous, quick to answer and helpful the whole time. Although I would still not recommend buying the items I bought earlier, their customer care is top notch in my personal experience.

Great for tiny terrace
I was looking for a table with very specific measurements for our tiny terrace and Vida XL had best options for us. The fit was perfect. Table is a bit complicated for assembly, few pieces were bit damaged but other than that it works very well. Would reccomend
